Great reusable boxes delivered to the house

Boxie 24 is an organized and professional team. In addition to properly storing my belongings, they helped me find the best options for pickup and delivery. Even when time was tight and not all options worked for both, they always offered alternatives. I'm especially grateful to Michael, who consistently followed up in a timely manner.

The whole process of storage went very smooth. The communication with Michael prior to pick up, was very pleasant: timely response, accommodating, friendly.

Boxie has great support over email. It's easy to start using it and their pickup service works very fast.

Very disappointed. 1.There is many unexpected hidden fee. You don't know how much you have to pay in the beginning. They tell you how much you have to pay once they have your belonging. 2. You can call them for helps or questions but the answer will be to send email. 3. For picking up your items, you have to make appointment. Its not according to your schedule but theirs.
Once you store your items there, you lose your advantage. You do everything they want.

Very good delivery experience and customer service

I personally enjoyed the punctuality, the planning (for pick-up and deliveries), the sites various offers for different space sizes, the personnel always open to help and answer all the questions (Michael answered to all my questions very effectively). Additionally, the personnel doing the pick-up service was very punctual attentive. Thank you very much!

As an international student, I needed help with storage and moving items between apartments over the summer. Really pleased with my service from Boxie! I had 21 boxes picked up in Rotterdam, stored for 4 weeks, then delivered to Amsterdam. My needs were a bit strange as I was relocating between cities, and needed to travel overseas - Michael and the team were so helpful in assisting me organise how to best move and store my items, as well as the expert and super fast delivery of my items to my new apartment. I was very impressed with the price, considering it came in half of a removalist. Thank you to Michael and the team for great service!

My liaison, Michael was extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me over email, as he walked me through the process of registering on the Boxie24 platform, the method of payment, and the line of communication I had with Michael was strong. He was always quick to reply in my experience, within an hour, and the staff at Boxie24 who came to my temporary address were really cordial and helpful too. The whole process was made really easy and stress-free with thanks to Michael and his team. They were able to relieve a huge deal of pressure off my back on extremely short notice and I ever so grateful that this option existed.
