Bovada is TRASH. I sent them $400 in USDT, after ALOT of play through, I attempt to, withdraw $100. They restricted me from doing so. These people are thieves. Would NOT recommend!!!!

This Sportsbook/casino has the best giveaways. Their X page does giveaways almost daily. They also have a discord that does weekly quizzes and contests for cash prizes in your account. Beware of this casino
Bovada used to be a great casino until recently. 3 days ago I deposited 1k. I went to their live dealer blackjack and put a $100 bet because the site is so buggy all the time the bet rejected and still took my $100. I immediately noticed and waited 6 hours to see if it would credit back. It didn’t not. I contacted bovada on a live chat. The agent identified and confirmed that it never got credited back to my account. She said she would escalate the case and told wait 24-48 hours for a response. I waited and nothing. Had I not noticed this my money would’ve never been refunded. That’s unethical for a licensed casino. I still haven’t gotten a refund of my $100 back. This casino isn’t honest you should take your business elsewhere. I’d recommend stake.us or shuffle.us more honest and more modern design with knowledgeable customer service representatives.

Do not deposit with crypto. I made a deposit that robinhood showed was successful but bovada refused to credit my account. This has also happened with a friend of mine . Have been using bovada for awhile and just recently experienced this thievery with them. Nothing you can do if they say they didn’t receive it. Out over a 100 bucks.

I was a little skeptical at first too, because cmon.. HOWEVER, Bovada is the complete opposite of sketch. From skeptic to convert…worth another look
I used to be one of the people complaining about Bovada’s customer service, and I wasn’t quiet about it — slow tickets, copy-paste answers, a rewards program that felt like it gave little back. Some of what’s still online about the invite-only BVX tier going quiet after the welcome bonus, I get — I’ve seen those same complaints.
But my experience the last several months has been genuinely different. The main rewards program is more transparent now: tiers are easy to track, lifetime points don’t reset, and cashback scales clearly with status instead of being buried in fine print.
BVX is where it really turned around for me. I expected the same slow-host runaround others mention, but got fast live chat responses, no wait times, and points credited same-day when I asked. Crypto withdrawals have also been noticeably quicker than a year or two ago.
It’s not flawless — qualification for BVX is still opaque, and I wouldn’t promise white-glove treatment from day one. But the gap between my earlier experience and now is real. If you were burned before like I was, it might be worth another look.
