5 Days of Broken Promises – Verification is a Joke my…
Bovada has currently disabled my account for the most basic request possible: a phone number change. Despite their claims of a "24 to 48 hour" turnaround for document verification, I am now on Day 5 with zero progress.
I have submitted the required documentation twice, promptly and clearly. To be told multiple times that it would be handled within two days only to be ignored for nearly a week is a flat-out lie. This isn't rocket science—it is one of the most basic administrative tasks a company can perform.
For comparison, BetOnline handled the exact same request in 20 minutes. Bovada’s "process" is either a sign of total incompetence or a deliberate attempt to keep users away from their accounts.
Don't bother replying with a canned response about "security protocols" or "high volume." You’ve had my documents twice. Do your jobs and re-enable my account immediately!

Novada is a scam it’s goin on month 3 they still are have not released my funds all they’re telling me is really they’re not telling me anything. I think they’re saying the verification is taken longer than suspected, but I’ll just have to wait for my $4999 to be released.

On March 5th I made a withdrawal for 1883.00 I copied and pasted my wallet address but the funds didn't go to my wallet. It went to a crypto wallet controlled by bovada. I'm told that once a transaction is completed it is irreversible ,and I'm told to contact my crypto wallet provider and I did they are the ones who helped me track down and find out where my withdrawal went and it went to a crypto wallet controlled by bovada. I have sent all the documentation to show and prove that bovada received my withdrawal. Now that being said I believe bovada should return my money because who in there right mind just gives 1883.00 away . I'm not rich and I'm not stupid . I don't know how my withdrawal was sent to a crypto wallet controlled by bovada , it had to be a glitch in their system, didn't know their wallet address so how is it possible that t i put that address in to be sent to . The day prior to this I made a withdrawal and didn't have any problem my second withdraw I used the same steps as I did the first one. My wallet provider showed me everything that proves that bovada took my money and I feel that they should return it because their system caused this problem. I have showe you everything they need to see . If they don't want to act professional and look over the block chain report and see that they straight up robbed me of my winnings then I will seek legal representation

Why would they charge you such a ridiculous amount to withdraw your own money. they charge 5.9% to deposit by credit card with no bonus either... so they F***you depositing AND withdrawing. I was in a tournament where it paid 80 places and I was in 70th position when just before the deadline 100 NEW people were added to the tournament. There is NO WAY 100 people timed getting in just before it closed. I was runner runner on the bubble and got nothing. Sorry but that smells so bad it is beyond bad beats. Tonight I had AA vs KK and had a K on the river, so that happens right? A few hands later on an all in I had QQ vs JJ and a Ja came ON THE RIVER. Account got disabled with no timeline
I want to share my situation because I’m honestly really frustrated with how everything has been handled.
About a week ago (March 7th), my original Bovada account was compromised. Someone changed all of my login information (email, phone, etc.), so I completely lost access to my account. At the same time, unauthorized withdrawals were made and all of my funds were taken.
Since I couldn’t access my original account anymore, I created a new account just so I could contact support and explain what happened. I reported that my original account had been hacked and provided all the details.
I also sent my ID and all the requested documents to their verification team, but every time I follow up, I just get the same response that it is “under investigation” with no clear timeline.
On top of that, Bovada ended up disabling both accounts — my original hacked account and my new account as well — even though I was just trying to resolve the issue.
It’s been about a week now, and I still don’t have access to my account or my funds, and I haven’t received any real updates.
I understand investigations take time, but the lack of clear communication and disabling both accounts has made this situation really frustrating. I just want my case to be properly reviewed and resolved.
I hope Bovada can take a closer look and help fix this.
