Blinds are very good quality, material, metal bar. The only thing a little disappointed with is the pull string and fix as quite difficult to operate with the weight of the blind.

Currently waiting for an order - communication has been patchy.
I was reticent to use this company due to the previous reviews. I made a leap of faith as there weren’t really any other companies that were doing bottom up blinds. I was also told by local blind fitters locally that they were generally rubbish and they wouldn’t supply them. However our windows are rather awkward and for various reasons this was the only option for our office. I ordered 3 very large blinds, not sure what their max size is but feel we must have been close at 175cm by 190cm.
Their customer service was excellent when I had questions and the curtains were made in about 3/4 weeks.
We had a handyman install them as he was already in doing some work. Although when I looked at instructions they seemed simple enough. He had no problem installing them. They look and work fabulously, exactly what we needed! Ours is an office where up to 20 different people with be adjusting them and after a few months they are still working brilliantly.
Thank you very much!
really poor quality blinds, response from them is very sketchy. And right now, I have paid a lot of money for a faulty blinds that I can not even get my money back! rediculous!

I bought three of their blinds about 18 months ago. All three have needed the spring mechanisms replaced in that time. The first one failed in the first week. The third one just recently. While the blind material is good, the mechanism is very very poor indeed. Also the Company are extremely slow to respond. On this third spring they didn't have the decency to offer a free replacement, I had to pay for it and for the shipping. They use Evri as their delivery service, well know for lack of reliability and indeed it took over 10 days from dispatch to arrival. AVOID.
Really pleased with the blinds. They fit perfectly & were fitted without much trouble. We have been looking for this kind of blind for two years & kept being told by the big retailers that what we were describing doesn’t exist. So glad I kept hunting! We now have privacy from a footpath which adjoins our home but still have plenty of light in the room. They also look modern & minimalist which is what we hoped for. Thanks to Bottom Up Blinds for a great idea.

My front room faces the road and people look in when they walk past. Now I can slightly raise the bottom up blinds and I have privacy but still see outside.
I paid £240 for one blind, 170cm by 130cm, in the Swedish plains white design which is translucent.
I am a novice DIYer and I found the blinds easy to put up.
Only two suggested improvements:
1. My blinds were due to be delivered on the 5th May but I received a week late. The company did not communicate this to me until 3 days after the delivery date after being pestered by me.
2. The screws provided for the brackets were not good enough for screwing in wood. I had to provide my own screws and rawl plugs.
I decided not to deduct a point for these issues as I am very happy with the blinds and delivery within a month is pretty good in current circumstances. The rawl plugs and screws is a very minor issue.

The blind I ordered fits like a dream and was very simple to install.
The premium quality of the blind and fittings overall is superb and justifies the additional expense. It’s a great addition to the house.
I had a couple of questions and a special request which Jonathan handled very well, keeping me updated at every stage.
To give us privacy, we had to buy two bottom-up blinds. I was not looking forward to the experience. I assumed that choosing a fabric was not going to be easy and fitting was likely to be a nightmare. NOT A BIT IF IT. BuB's website gives you a clear picture of the fabrics available, how to measure and a good feel of how to fit. The whole process was much easier than I expected. The blinds came earlier than promised, very well-packed and, providing you read the instructions thoroughly (and have the right tools...something to start the screw holes with and a decent screwdriver) you are away. From start to finish, the process was at least twice as easy as expected. And we now have lovely blinds.
Great product and I would certainly buy further products

We ordered 4 blinds. They’re great for upper floor bathrooms and street level windows. Fabric samples were sent promptly and the order was delivered in just over 2 weeks, all accurate and correct. Not difficult to fit yourself. I’m a returning customer.
Quality blind, simple installation and looks good. Also super fast delivery overseas.

Fabulous service and the product is exactly what we wanted and looks amazing!

Nice blind. Is a little frayed on the edges and some screw caps would be nice as the exposed heads look ugly. Also, they come supplied with way too much cord - seems very wasteful and it all gets tangled up.

Great service – made and delivered within 2 weeks! Great quality and clear instructions too.

Width supplied was spot on. Pulleys slightly flimsy and instructions do not mention amount of offset needed when fitting the pulleys. No wall plugs supplied and all mine were too large, so ended up using different screws. For the 2p cost, would have been nice to have supplied wall plugs to match screws. These are niggles though (hence 4 not 5 stars) and once fitted, excellent looking blind, works well.

Really fast, helpful service and surprisingly quick production in spite of Covid setbacks. Blinds working well, 2 weeks in to use

Our blind looks lovely and at all stages of the order process we were updated as to its status from being ordered, manufactured, tested and delivered. Great company with a great product.

2 weeks to get a handful of samples that haven't turned up does not bode well when I need to order over £400 worth of blinds. So sorry, but if we can't get samples right...my faith in getting my order to me is minimal
