Washing machine series 8 front loader under 2 years old with no water fault. Rang appliances online where we purchaded it who advised we would be contacted in 3 to 4 business days. Will not buy Bosch or from appliances online ever again.

Frustrating process round in circles to try and get free battery and charger online with tool purchased, still trying and so far have resisted throwing my phone out the window.

Bosch Australia won't pay up on a promotion. I bought a vacuum cleaner for my pensioner dad in Perth WA which was supposed to come with a free drill. Completed all the steps and paperwork. Got a response that they would not send the free drill as the vacuum cleaner was "not bought from an authorised reseller" despite this being Retravision which is a large chain of WA stores and which appears on their list of authorised resellers- and has been for years. Clearly just trying to fob us off with some random (untrue) reason to not fulfil their obligation. Despite multiple emails, they just dig in and keep saying Retravision was not authorised, despite reality and their own web site saying otherwise. Awful experience. I have a number of Bosch appliances and tools now and have bought others in the past. Will never buy anything from them again.

Replaced my oven with a Series 4 BOSCH 60 x 60cm HBA534BB0A electric oven. So far I’ve been loving it. It offers all the basic functionality for someone who bakes occasionally.

Bosch washing machine WAX32M41AU regularly fails to spin wash load. Even when set specifically to "Spin" fails. Intermittent, but persistent fault. 2 warranty call outs and the problem persists after 18 months. About to go for third warranty call out... Avoid this machine if you can.

I bought this fridge a few months ago through appliances online. When we first bought it the temparature display flashed constantly. I called them and they told me to wait as the machine was settling. If they sent someone they would charge me if there was nothing wrong with the machine. So the warranty wouldn't cover. Scare tactics.
We did wait a few weeks and then it started to beep. Again we called them. And was told to wait it would go away. I put much less staff in it incase it wasnt cooling it etc...It was beeping randomly. Anytime of the day. Midnight. Morning. In the middle of something. It got to a point they eventually sent someone. Weeks later though. The mechanic told me it's been fixed. It would never beep again. But it did one day later. Booked the mechanic again. Putting up with the beep for a week or so again. Waking us up 4 o clock I the morning etc. It got to a point we were all hearing beeping sound even though nothing was beeping. As we needed the fridge to be on all the time we simply couldn't turn it off. We were heading towards a mental break down. I mean the whole family. Eventually they refunded us but they didnt refund us the delivery after all that suffering we went through. Who would imagine that. I will never buy Bosch again ever again.
