I recently placed my first two orders and unfortunately my experience has been quite disappointing.
In my first order, one of the products arrived almost completely empty due to leakage during shipping. It also spilled and stained several of my other items, which was really frustrating.
My second order has not arrived yet and is already several days late.
As a new customer, this has been a disappointing start!

Love this webshop! 😍 So many choices, good prices, super fast delivery, and the packages are always beautifully and carefully wrapped. Honestly, nothing to complain about!

Made my order a month ago, according to their policies I should have received the refund 2 weeks after the order was returned to them, they never did and I had to continue asking, after repeating the same thing in every email they finally got to say that if by October 13th the issue wasn't solved, even if the package was not with them, they would make a refund, now they suddenly say that the package was delivered (it never was) and it doesn't make any sense since it was marked in the first place as "wrong address" even though I know the address was correct. The package never arrived and now they want to start a whole new process just to delay the refund even more.

The fault of COURIER but make me wait
They should fire COURIER worker that sent My 8 kg PACKAGE to a COLLECT POINT with LIMITED CAR ACCESS. THEY HACE NOT EVEN TRY RINGING. THIS HAPPENED IN AUGUST. I ALREADY ASKED THEM TO CONTACT THIS CORRIER TO SPEED UP SHIPMENT TO THE SENDER . ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS ALREADY
IF THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMWR SPENDING MORE THAN 200€ , THEY SHOULD CARE ABOUT REPORTING THE CARRIER WORKERS BEHAVIUOR. THEY ARE NOT CORRECT. YOU SHOULD RESJIP ANOTHER ORDER NOT LET CUSTOMWR WAIT . ITS YOUR DISSERVICE I ALREADY GAVE THE MONEY..

I made an order, it’s been 5 days now and there’s no trace of the delivery. The customer service doesn’t respond to the emails and the phone number can’t be reached.

For the moment, I have never been disappointed by them. I love the next days deliveries to Belgium 🇧🇪 and the prices are very competitive. Especially for MAC products. I wish they sell more beauty brands.

Small order, but very fast shipping with items well-protected and a small pouch. Will order again!

Very good shop, definitely found the products that I was looking for. Fast shipping. Also ships with pretty “Thank you” cards , sometimes also with little paper representing new products. Puts your order in very pretty makeup bags. ♥️
