I purchased a pair of ASICS shoes (Order BZ158986689), which arrived defective.

After contacting you, we agreed on a refund, and your team offered me a €130 coupon, equal to the value of the shoes, to be used within one year. I accepted your proposal, and I was explicitly told that the coupon would be issued within 48 hours.

Several days have now passed, and I have still received absolutely nothing.

I have contacted you approximately 20 times by email, but nobody is responding. Your chat system does not allow me to speak to a human representative, so I have no way of getting any assistance or even an update on my case.

I find this extremely disappointing and unacceptable. You proposed an agreement, I accepted it in good faith, and now, after confirming that the coupon would be issued within 48 hours, you have simply stopped responding.

I am asking you to honor the agreement you offered and issue the €130 coupon immediately.

I have been patient enough, but at this point I am genuinely disappointed and angry about the way this matter has been handled.

I will also reconsider my review of your service once this issue is resolved and I receive what was promised to me.

Please treat this as an urgent request and provide me with the coupon without any further delay.

Order has not arrived. It's been stuck at DHL without any updates for 7 days now. No ability to pick up. Customer service at DHL is silent. Boozt contacted me within 48 hours, much appreciated!

I loved bootz until they suspended me from using it, because they stated, that I was returning more then they expect. But maybe then make paid delivery/return? Because I am returning if I dont like it. I feel bad, I was schooled why, but I dont see why then put the blame to the customer and call it unfair use. Return is our right, especially when you see the items / get to try, just when you order them, not before
