Brian in the Charlotte store a good fit for your company I've been loyal customer for 6 plus years when I went in there to replace a Samsung phone I could no longer turn on and off I asked him if it would be covered under the insurance I was paying for that phone he said no I upgraded my phone the Samsung A 17 before I started with the Great have made sure with him that I would be grandfathered in through the $50 plan with the five dollar discount bringing that to 45 dollars a month he told me yes I would be getting that every time I asked him which is more times in I can remember he changed my plan flowers in his store and did not let me know I called your customer service number a lady who he had alleged she was a manager she hung up on me in our conversation I was not happy with this I called back to Boost Mobile store spoke to Brian and told him he had changed my playing at the store and did not give me the discount for auto pay bringing my $50 plan down too $45 I feel that he did not want to make these changes I feel you did not want to take the time or he did not know how to adjust it for my plan to be grandfathered and but he made me more promises than I could I had to return a second time to his store because when he switched my phone over it was incorrect and he had to do it again he had charge me to delete the files from my new phone that were incorrect and reinstall all of the files from my old phone again he had indicated it was a carbon copy I went through my phone and had to make sure some of the files were accurate they were not had to reset three ringtones he told me well that's not possible on my new phone and it was he had indicated to me he would not install on his phone the security app I had originally and deleted twice from my phone both times he set up my new phone the security app I had told him work for me not sure what his deal was he's not a good businessman I would pull his license if I had that capability as well as customer service needs to have a Refreshers course on customer service I feel at this time customer service as well as Brian could have grandfathered me over did not want to Boost Mobile has one chance grandfather me over $50 plan $5 off for auto payment $45 a month with $7 insurance $52 a month is what I've been paying for over 6 years Boost Mobile needs to grandfather me over or I'm going back to Net10
