Great experience so far
I recently joined Booqable after using the free trial, and I only have positive things to say. The platform itself is fantastic and addresses a lot of needs in one place. The customer service team is incredibly responsive, and I was really impressed when I encountered an issue. They even recorded their screen to guide me through the solution, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend if you have a rental business.

Honestly I have not had an online sale…
Honestly I have not had an online sale with Booqable, however it has taken my small rental company to the next level. I love that I can send in a short time a proposal to any client. Another great thing is that the SEO of Booqable has put my rental company on the map with in days. If you do a Google search in my aerea you will instantly be taken to my bookable landing page. In the 8 months that I have the Booqable service I have almost tripled my sales. I fully recommend the service, it has only made my life easier.

Great user experience and proffessional system...
A very good system that can help a variety of rental business. I have a sports- and event company and it is excellent at most things I need. Booqable is great mainly with its professional back and frontend and ease of use for the staff. Very good at delivering what they promise. Continuous development and when a new features is launched it is very well made.
Features I wish they had that is not included as of Sept-2024.
- Sales of inventory. This has to be done outside of the system. You can only add and remove stock. Also de depreciation of a stocks value would be nice to have with lifetime rentals to get a good estimate of value of stock over time.
- Inventory and stats for bookkeeping in general is something that could be a little better.

Very poor communication and service
Very poor communication and service. Kept taking the full monthly subscription despite knowing I am a seasonal business. They are not interested to negotiate, and no refund will be provided. As it happens, it was easier to run my rental business manually because the systems are not user friendly. The only good experience is that the Chat Bots on the Help Section seem to have been synced with an informative AI system.
