Bookmyforex is not refunding my money

I ordered a multi currency forex card and made the payment online. I had to eventually cancel and have still not received my refund back.

1. I made the payment but received no update on delivery or card confirmation. The amount was deducted and there was no update from their side. After getting on call with the customer care number multiple times. They processed the order but still hardly any written update by email.
2. Then once the processed it, there was still no update on the app. So I called the customer care number a few times more. They said it will be urgently done. It was not.
3. Then I receive an email that I won't get a reloadable card and I should add more currency to this card.
I told them that is not possible at the moment and that I should have been given this information before. So I requested them to cancel it. I call the customer care number again and they are processing the cancellation.
4. Then I get an email again to confirm the cancellation which I had already confirmed twice on call and I was assured to receive the refund in two days.

5. I still haven't received my refund and the calls don't connect anymore.

There is no support and they have just disappeared without refunding my amount.
