COMPANY IS FROM DUBAI NOT USA - SCAM

This company claims to be in the US; however, I received my dresses from Dubai. When all three dresses did not work (completely see through and "plastic" flag material). They offered me a credit of $22 for a $193 order! I refused and now need to pay $74 to return the dresses. Hopefully I receive the full refund they have promised.

UPDATE - Received a $90 credit only. Worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! After TWO months I finally received One of the Two outfits I ordered. I am a true size 4, pants were snug at waist, baggy at hip and short. Blouse was cheap slick fabric and tight around bust, sweater was odd shape, sleeves 6” too long and fabric was printed not woven.
I had numerous email conversations with customer service and Specifically asked if the items ever arrived and they did not fit, would I be able to return? I was told “ if you don’t like or they don’t fit… you can return/exchange” . Now they tell me NO return No Refund! Offered me $8 refund on a $95.00 outfit!
Do NOT buy from this company.
And I don’t believe it is in the USA either!!
Horrible company, horrible customer service!

Received as advertised

Delivery took a long time, but sweaters were just as advertised. I will say that although the size was the same for both, the shape and fit is very different!
But I am happy to have them!

Illegal business practices

I ordered a dress for a wedding. It arrived after the delivery date promised and after the wedding. The dress’s color is way off from picture (brown/mustard) not yellow/green. The die job of the pattern is bad, the dress looks stained. The dress lacks fiber content, country of origin, and washing instructions labels (which is illegal). When I asked for a return four times, each time I was told it was expensive to return it and they offered a small discount. Finally they offered a return but the return address appears to be a parking garage at the airport in Dubai. They lied to me about where the dress was shipped from. See the emails below:

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO ITEMS. ONE WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF THE MATERIAL. THE ITEM I RECEIVED DOESN'T FIT AND I DON'T LIKE THE MATERIAL. I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET A REFUND. BEFORE GIVING ME AN ADDRESS WHICH I BELIEVE IS NON EXISTING. THEY OFFERED ME $2O TO KEEP IT. I REFUSED SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE I CAN NOT USE IT. SO FOR ME TO GET A FULL REFUND I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK. I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THE CORRECT FORMAT IN ADDRESSING THE RETURN LABEL BECAUSE THE WAY THEY SENT IT TO ME IS NOT CORRECT. THERE'S NO NAME OF THE COMPANY EITHER EXCEPT NO. 7 WHATEVER THAT MEANS. I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE AGAIN AND WASN'T ABLE TO RETURN BECAUSE OF MISSED INFORMATION. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY REAL QUICK BUT THEY GIVE YOU A HARD TIME TO GET A REFUND. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM AS A FRAUDULENT ENTITY.

I ordered two sweaters from Bonyli. One of them did not looks like the sweater that I ordered. I have reached out to the email provided for customer service multiple times over months and no one responds. Now I am out $40 for a sweater I didn't want. Terrible customer service.

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to address an issue with an order placed on December 23, 2023. The order consisted of two sweaters intended as Christmas presents. Unfortunately, upon receipt, it was evident that the pattern of the sweaters differed from what was advertised on your website. Additionally, both sweaters were smaller than expected, rendering them unsuitable for their intended recipients.

I initially reached out to your team in mid January to request a refund, hoping for a prompt and straightforward resolution. Despite several attempts to engage with your customer service through various channels, including your designated service email (service @ bonyli.com) and social media platforms, the responses have been less than satisfactory. The suggestion to keep the items without offering a suitable alternative does not resolve the fundamental issue at hand, given the discrepancies in product description and size.

Took longer to arrive than I thought

Took longer to arrive than I thought. Items cut a little smaller than anticipated although I did like them and are wearable. I might try a larger size next time. Also there was no return slip included.
