I ordered a product that was faulty but the car mechanic gave me an appointment 2 weeks ín advance so I could not send it back and the Romanian (!) seller does not give back the money bc the 15 days return period has passed. The company cannot do anything.
Not recommend at all.
A disgusting place! The largest problem is they don't sell stuff directly, they have partners who sell and ship the stuff for you, so in case you have a problem it doesn't matter if you bought your stuff in Bontoplaza website, you have to speak with the partner company.
In my case: I ordered a car part, then the same day I received I wanted to return it for a refund since Bontoplaza claims that I have a 15 day guarantee to return without any reason, but the partner company refused to take it back becase too many people sending stuffs back. What?! Thats not even a legal thing to do.
And what can you do? NOTHING! There is no contact email or telephone for Bontoplaza, their facebook page didn't get update since 2023, and they are not responding there.
AVOID IT !!
