Not Australian. Shipped from China. Terrible quality. Returns incredibly difficult and still waiting for my refund 6months on. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Claims to be Australian it isn't as my credit card was debited of more than the amount because of overseas bank charges.

Nowhere is mentioned that the dress is posted from China. Delivery took 1 months. Quality of dress is disappointing and doesn't justify a price of $65. No label is to be found on the dress to give information about what material was used. Very disappointing experience and I will return the dress and have to pay for postage.

Absolutely shameful. Posting images from SHEIN or Temu and putting in their website. Selling for 4 time the price, if not more.
It is very difficult to return. Offered a partial refund not full Amy’s stated!
Go to Temu and you will find the same item for less than $15. Don’t get caught out like I did. It is absolutely disgusting they can get away with this!!!!

The item I saw is definitely not the item I got, looks similar but they use cheap and nasty fabric. If you want to return the item you have to pay for postage even though it’s their fault. What a rip off, do not buy from them.

Terrible quality and wrong sizing. Wouldn’t take goods back. Had to pay almost $30 to ship back to China. Same people as Beaumont who claim they are closing down. Went to buy a dress and all my bank details came up as a first time customer. Avoid like poison.

The quality of the clothing was really poor. Nothing like shown online. Buyers beware. Certainly not Australian.

Dress looks nothing like the photo online. The fabric is something out of the 1960's. Would hardly wear it to work, even (I purchased it for a casual wedding ... pfft 😡)

Product doesn't look anything like the advertised item, return and refunds to China. No ABN and credit card was scammed after purchase!!! DO NOT GET CAUGHT!!!!

Do not purchase from the store. They have nothing to do with Australia. All items are from China and the quality is disgusting. They don’t pay for return and make the purchaser pay for it which is expensive because it’s shipping back to China. It’s just a complete joke.

As others have said, the dress I received looks nothing like the photo that conned me to order. I was hoodwinked into thinking this was a reputable Australian company. Instead I received a cheap looking dress from China and the company does not honour their offer to refund. They blackmail you by saying you need to pay shipping to China and that is expensive! Eventually I received 50% but probably could have hung out for more. I will never deal with them again, their website is deceiving!

My dress arrived and looked nothing like the photo and the quality of fabric and stitching was very poor. Initially I was offered 15% refund which I refused to accept. They then offered me 30% and again I refused. I wanted my 100% refund from the 90 day cash back guarantee they posted on their webpage. Eventually when I insisted on returning the item to them (yes, apparently its some warehouse in central China) I was offered 60% refund. It was a week of mind- game offers and counter offers via email and a total waste of my time and money let alone a valuable lesson about online buying. Dont let them get away with this- fight for your rights Its a matter of principle and they don't have any!

Total SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
