I went to the store in Etobicoke

I went to the store in Etobicoke, i was the only person waiting to be served, one guy was busy with one other customer, i counted 8 people working there and not one of them said ‘how can i help you’, after ten minutes i left, never to return

Bolts Plus Markham - I was completely impressed with their service and help

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service provided to me today at Bolts Plus store in Markham. I just went there to buy well nuts to fix my side step board that came off due to corrosion. I spoke to Mr. Dan King Sales representative and he was so excellent and not only he helped to find the correct parts he went further and installed the parts on the step board using a special tool. The service I received is going beyond five-star service. and beyond.
I highly recommend this business and appreciate the work and help Dan performed going beyond to help the customer. Dan is Amazing and his attitude is Seven plus stars in helping the customer. Thank you Dan.
