I was robbed, by BOL, COM

This company is a theft, placed one order in naderlands , i understood that the shipping was free , i ordered and one month later they said ive joined a membership and must pay 14.99 .
Call them to say i DID NOT CHOOSE THAT .
They said I was one day to late cancel a subscription that I never agreed in first place , but because I can’t read Nederlands , I only accepted the free shipment.
If I don’t get my money back.
BOL COM NEVER AGAIN .

I ordered my vitamins from this…

I ordered my vitamins from this platform. It was my biggest mistake to use a service of this company. First of all I received a wrong order. I called immediately to the companys customer service… I explained that I never received my vitamins. They said it’s not our business and transfer issue to a seller! Are you ok guys? What is your function here? Bad, bad, a very bad service! I still didn’t received any vitamins and they didn’t refund me!!! OMG! Please don’t do your service any more. It’s terrible. First ant last time I will use you platform… it’s disgusting

Contacted custommer support, they said they cannot replace.

Scammy company that just makes their profits betting on the fact that custommer won't return their untested items I bet.

Legal theft with giftcards

The practice works like this: you give Bol hundreds of EUR for a gift card, they put an expiration date on it, and once that date has passed, they pocket the money and tell you: too bad, they are expired, nothing to do. They hide behind loopholes in legislation which make this a legal practice. They surely have calculated that a few ignorant customers forgetting about their giftcards doesn’t weight up against the much larger profit this practice generates. So 1 star from me since 0 isn’t possible.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. Automatic chabot is saying nonsense and when talking to a real person (her name was Angela) she talked to me like I was stupid for believing the info THEIR OWN chatbot send me. I ordered something for extra charge to be delivered the same day (which was friday night in my case) but could’ve opted for saturday or sunday delivery. I of course recieved nothing and their website quite literally tells me they take my package was delivered since its monday now. When I talked to lovely Angela, she curtly told me its normal to wait (no it is not when I paid for a different service) and while I pointed out my frustration with the fact that if I would chosen the cheaper normal next day delivery I would literally get my package earlier and told her I didn’t appreciate her snarky tone, she told me I was rude and ended my chat with “good luck with your order”. She didn’t answer my question and told me to F Off without saving the chat or escalating or doing anything while they happily took my money. Should’ve ordered from MediaMarkt and would’ve my item already.

I ordered a washing machine and drier…

I ordered a washing machine and drier for next day delivery. It was stated both items would be delivered to my first floor apartment and connected. When the washing machine arrived the delivery guys refused to bring it up and told me delivery was into the front door. What am I supposed to do with that? I offered them 40 euros to bring it up and connect it, they agreed. Connected it up and immediately left, only for me to discover the legs were not stable. I had to tilt the machine and adjust them.
The drier delivery time kept changing and at 19.15, I received a text to say that I would need to contact Bol to arrange another delivery day. On calling Bol several times to try and resolve this, I keep getting conflicting information and no clear answers. No one gives a damn that’s more than clear. Yesterday I was told that the drier could be delivered today, so I have taken a day off work to wait for a machine that may or may not be delivered. I chatted with someone this morning and she was obviously engaged in other chats and was taking forever to respond with nothing helpful. I’ve had better service from Temu. This is not what I would expect from Bol. First I get scammed then pushed from pillar to post. I can understand that sometimes things can go wrong but to have two incidents in one day is a bit much and with no customer support. Terrible to say the least.

bad experience

bad experience they sold me a used laptop as new with the warranty expired in 2024. The defective power supply broke and they refused to change it as it should be for the first year sending me back to the parent company where the warranty expired. Seller and platform to avoid, better to buy on Amazon where you have more guarantees and top assistance.

Noone to respond while they done mistakes

For years I order things from different e shops and now for sure I faced the worst experience with that site.After a hard time to order a pair of shoes they done a mistake and send me two(I had payed the one) and after few days I returned back the second, meanwhile they done a lot of mistakes ,without write a lot of details and getting bored everyone that reads my review I have to say that,beware,they are so
unprofessional, you contact only with a useless chatbox and when they do mistake there is no contact,also the translation from Google is wrong(OK maybe this is not their mistake),so after a lot of unprofessional moves they done now they send me that I haven't payed the shoes and I own them an amount cause I late,yes for the shoes I returned them back cause for their mistake and I payed the return to post office from my money ,I can't find anyone to complain, the useless chat box don't work for that.I don't know if in Duth language works but if you're from abroad beware,I strongly don't suggest it and I'm going to speak with my layer cause some things has to do with offense

if there were 0 star i would give it🙄

DO NOT trust the warranty/guarantee given on this website!! They say there is guarantee but when you apply for it not only will it take AGES to get a reply but they also do not actually do the repair, but instead give a refund of the purchase price years ago. I paid a certain amount of money to have a device working for X amount of years, now I have to pay more to get to use that exact device for the promised X years of functioning device?? Great business case from Bol’s side to make unlimited money! 👏🏼 safe to say I will not be buying anything from Bol anymore, especially since there are way better services and less scam being provided from other websites, which also offer much better prices most of the time!

Mike from customer service was not helping the case, dismissed me even before our conversation ended 🤮

Their partner is rude and poor quality

Previous products bought from BOL were fine, until recently I bought a Gasbrander from their partner,Hanna Trading. That Gasbrander caused a dangerous accident.

I wrote politely to the Gasbrander seller Hanna Trading, but received an extremely rude reply. And it was really hard to find the customer service of BOL. That was the worst shopping experience.

This is their rude reply!

"What are you all saying? Firstly, you have not connected properly, we have been selling for years and we have sold 1000000 without any problems, so you have not connected properly because it cannot leak if the burner is properly sealed, secondly, we have nothing to do with compensation , continued success,"

Following is the complaint I send!

"Good afternoon, I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Gasbrander product. I have used this burner three times, but during the most recent use on Sunday, it started leaking, and both the front and back caught fire. It was extremely dangerous, and I felt like it could explode at any moment. Out of fear, I threw it far away into my yard, where it continued to burn on the artificial grass. I immediately covered the burner with garden soil and poured water on it continuously. It took about three minutes for the fire to be completely extinguished. The entire situation was extremely hazardous and frightening. I then spent over an hour cleaning up the aftermath. Unfortunately, this incident has caused permanent damage to my artificial grass. I have two requests following this incident. First, I would like to return the defective product. Second, I request compensation for the damage to my artificial grass, which amounts to 150 euros."

This company is a nightmare

This company is a nightmare.
I purchased a kitchen table from them. The seller on the BOL.com page was indicated as Mangoe Meubles, and the following lengthy email exchange was done with 'Mangoe Meubels / partnaire de bol'.
The table arrived from another company named 'Starfurn' in mid-May. The table they sent was 110 cm even though I ordered a 100 one (!).
Also, the tabled that arrived was damaged – there legs were rusty and there was a hole in the table.
They offered me a discount, which I refused.
Eventually they picked up the table and after several weeks sent a new one a few days ago.
The new table however looks completely different than the one the photos and also than the previous table (which was compliant with the pics but was damaged).
I notified them that I don't like the new table and asked them to take it back.
They were trying to convince me that the table is fine, as it is made by hand and each table was special and different.
In order to avoid yet another return (third one) I asked them to send me photos in advance and even offered to go to their shop (if they had one) in order to select the table, which they refused.
They refused to pick up the new table and stopped answering my emails.
I was shocked to discover on the BOL.com page, where I did the return of the first table, that the status of the purchase was 'return cancelled' (never did that), the return deadline had expired and It was no longer possible to return it (which of course is illegal, as the new table is a new delivery).
Now, as I'm clearly entitled to the return (even without providing any reasons) I have to organise the return myself (and claim the return costs afterwards). Not to mention the time I lost fighting with them (almost 3 months by now).
Also, what is not clear to me are the relations between BOL, Mangoe Meubels and Starfurn – all of them showing in this purchase in one place or the other.
I have never experiences something like this. Had I read the reviews here I would have never ordered anything from them.

What went wrong?

I ordered 3 plants via Bol and never received them, although paid for. Dpd had delivered them to delivery point but I had no notification of this. I contacted the sales company and they said the plants had been returned to them, however , I have not had my money back.
I returned a different order to post NL and was given a copy of the return form which I then forwarded to Bol . Two days later I find it had been cancelled with no explanation. I contacted the customer service at Boll and was handed by the robot to an expert who said they could not help but would follow it up . I am still waiting.
A third order for tea is also still pending but has not yet been charged. Bol told me the tea should have been delivered on 25 April. It was not and Bol says it can not follow it up.
The customer service was unhelpful and I have lost 40€ so far. I am very disappointed as before I have only had good service from Bol. Now I intend to change my loyalty to them

super rude and stupit customer care. i asked about how can i find the detail about an old order that i need to pay . he just continue to say. i don't know,but you have to pay. when i ask about where i can i find details. he just say it is not his problam, he doesn't know . useless stupit unrespectful.

Bol is Punishing Customers

I called BOL multiple times regarding the returned coffee machines as it has been a while without coffee. Then, an employee told me, 'BOL reduces the priority of the case every time customers call for the same request,' and concluded with, 'So, don’t call and just keep waiting.' In other words, BOL is understaffed, and instead of solving this issue, they are penalizing their customers for updates inquiries.

Lost order.. They said..

I ordered a product for Christmas gift and it was supposed to be delivered on 23 december. 3 days later I dont have any information about my order. When I contracted with the support they told me that the order is lost, so they Will send the products one more time and again they cant tell me when is gonna be the delivery. This is totaly unacceptable. I gave my money and i must wait someday to recieve my order. I think the costumers have some rights but Bol.NL dont think so.
I dont recommended them!!!
