Avoid this payment service. Numerous declined payments. Usually marked potential fraud. Never had this issue with stripe and now using stripe again with no issue. Customer support is only by email and they tried blaming our website developer, needed access to our website and said there was no issue. Very disappointing.

Really bad. Online payments fail at around 60%. We changed to Stripe and the failure rate is around 2%. They also have no customer support, only a robot. They call that 24/7 support.
Support agent was knowledgeable and prompt. My issue was resolved satisfactorily.

Logged a call for Customer service and within a short time received a callback. Spoke to a very helpful assistant who resolved an issue with our new terminals in a matter of minutes.

Withheld over £3000 in payments over 3 weeks in sales even though we had been with them over 15 months put a stop on our account without even notifying us. Still nothing back have already got another machine with dojo. Can't ring their call centre. Joke of a company!!!

Absolute disaster - over 50% failure rate for online payments.
Support failing to see a problem. Hard enough to run an online business without a 50% failure rate with your online payments system. BOIPA support not helpful. Blaming the customer and suggesting that its fraudulent payments when I know that its not.
Used their terminals in our physical shop for years. No issue and the rates are great but I wouldnt touch their online payments. Moving to Worldpay
I am a customer of BOIPA for several years now, at the moment you cannot contact them by phone, if I email support it takes over a week for them to reply, thats if they reply at all, their online chat option directs everything to support email, so thats useless also. I am trying to get 3 extra terminals for my business, I think I will give up and change provider.
They were great at the start and I can't fault the machines but now it's impossible to get in touch with them. Their customer service has been atrocious for quite some time.
