I bought a bracelet for my daughter's birthday but the linked were not joined properly and the bracelet lasted two hours before snapping. The necklace hasn't been worn but I can see the same thing happening.

I've emailed their customer services three times and even tried an online return, but I'm just told it's outside of their returns Policy (which it is not).
No where to go now with this, just a very disappointed daughter.

Decided to try Bohomoon's jewerly because they seemed to be of good quality, read very good reviews in this site and the necklace I wanted had an excelent price during black friday. I was so looking forward to receive my order, but today got a text to say the item is out of stock and they aren't even giving me the option to get my money back, only store credit. I'm really disappointed as they should let you know on the website what items they haven't got on stock before taking your money and not delivering the goods you wanted.

I absolutely love BOHOMOON jewellery, I have been shopping there for a while now. Their pieces are stunning, stylish, and perfect for everyday wear. I especially recommend going for their flat ring designs if you want something durable and comfortable for daily use—these hold up beautifully over time. The raised rings can be gorgeous too, but in my experience they’re a little more delicate, so I tend to stick with the flat styles for long-term wear.
The same goes for their dainty necklaces: they’re elegant and so pretty, but if you wear them constantly and never take them off, just be mindful that they may need a little extra care. That said, the rest of their jewellery lines are consistently exceptional, and BOHOMOON is without a doubt my number one recommended place to shop for jewellery.
What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service. On the rare occasions when I had issues with a raised ring or a delicate necklace, they were incredibly responsive and helpful—fixing or replacing items quickly and without fuss. Every interaction has made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
Overall, BOHOMOON continues to impress me with both the quality of their pieces and the way they treat their customers. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I’ve bought jewellery multiple times from here and I have absolutely loved every single piece. I’ve also shower and go in to the sea with my bracelets and earrings and it’s never tarnished and is exactly the same as the day I bought it (although I don’t recommend going into the ocean with jewellery on in general but I’m to lazy to take it off). To find out it’s a small family run business was a shock because the quality of goods and services are amazing! I had to reach out to the team due to a faulty item and they had no problem offering a solution quickly. Forever and always will be my favourite jewellery shop. Also all the pieces are just so cute and I’ve been able to buy stuff for all my friends and family who have completely different tastes so I highly recommend.

The quality of the jewellery from Bohomoon is always perfect. Ordered quite a few times now and never been disappointed. Love the fact that you can choose metal colour too as i an very much a silver person so it means my options are never limited like they are with other companies. They do amazing deals and offers too, customer service is always exceptional.

I had a fantastic experience ordering from this company and knowing they are a small family business makes it even better :) I was looking everywhere for gold hoop earrings with a lightning bolt charm specifically. Most of the options would eventually tarnish and were not waterproof and to buy anything that wasn’t sterling sliver was either super expensive or not available in my style.
I was skeptical at the claims by this company about tarnish free and waterproof jewellery, especially at such cheap price points, but I was really happy with the quality. The earrings are the perfect colour and size and also feel really sturdy. I have worn these earrings in the shower and sometimes I forget to take them out for the gym and so far the tarnish and waterproof claims have held up. I am hopeful this will continue to be the case and I have purchased further jewellery since. The prices are great value and the shipping was really fast. The earrings also came in lovely pink packaging with a good quality box. Overall fab company for jewellery and would definitely recommend!

Lovely jewellery that withstand the elements. I bought alot of jewellery and took it on holiday with me and swam in the sea, swimming pools, sun tan lotion and perfume and its still brand new...

I’ve ordered a few pieces from Bohomoon (rings, necklaces, bracelets in rose gold) and they are fantastic! They haven’t tarnished so far and they have a great rose gold selection, which some stores don’t offer. No issues to date and I’d definitely order again and recommend.
