Good customer service, cute jewellery
UPDATE:
Their customer service team were really helpful with the issues I had, and sent replacements really quickly.
Their stuff is really cute but I have had a few issues with different items. The clasp on earrings wasn’t very secure and fell out so I lost one. One of my necklace chains just snapped when I moved in bed and I had another necklace where the middle design just cracked and fell out. I am not sure I would purchase again.

Great customer service
Purchased a Tennis bracelet almost 12 months ago (which I love and never take off!) and noticed a gem was missing- contacted customer service who responded very promptly offering a refund or replacement. Excellent customer service and look forward to receiving my replacement!

Lovely pieces of jewellery
I have bought several pieces of jewellery from Bohomoon, and I am really pleased with all of the items, which include necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I wear them as everyday jewellery, including in the shower and none of the items have tarnished at all. They are packaged really nicely in a gift box, I would definitely purchase from them again

Speedy help with faulty earring
I had a pair of earrings arrive with a gem missing. I emailed and was instantly responded to by Jay (a trainee customer service assistant). They offered to send replacement earrings and had this processed straight away. They were really kind and helpful. Despite the faulty earring, it was a good first experience with Bohomoon

Such high quality pieces and are so beautiful on! All the jewellery is so unique and always makes a statement. Highly recommend for the customer service alone
I ordered some pearl stud earrings from Bohomoon but unfortunately the faux pearls kept going missing from their settings. I contacted Bohomoon to ask for a replacement pair and not only did they send them out quickly, without fuss, but they also sent a second replacement pair for some that I bought earlier this year that had done the same thing so they went above and beyond which I appreciate. The customer service is excellent which is a draw for me, and the remainder of the jewellery I purchased is in perfect condition so I will be shopping with them again.

Amazing company and customer service
Amazing company with a great choice of jewellery to fit everyone’s needs. Speedy delivery, easy to use website and app and brilliant customer service all round. I’ve purchased earrings and rings from them and they always come well packaged and if there are any issues (I had a ring tarnish after a year of wear) they sort them out so quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the future.

I had a broken clasp on a necklace, it happens, and they didn’t hesitate to sort it immediately. Replacement or refund offered.
