When I retained Boffix as my accountants. My instruction to them was that I wanted to be able to hand off all my accounting and bookkeeping tasks to them. It has been 3 years with them now and I can confidently say, they have gone above and beyond my requirements. I now spend less time on bookkeeping and accounting, than I did when I was a self employed sole trader. Very happy with the service provided, and more that happy to continue being a client.

Quick response times both on email and the phone to any query I have, large or small. Always polite and friendly, whoever I have contact with. Excellent, personalised advice for the accounting of our business. Quickbooks is easy to use for invoicing and to generate reports to understand how much VAT or tax we need to pay.

Unbelievably helpful guy who helped me fix a problem with the software we are using. I have been stressed and trying to fix it for three days - the guy on the call knew immediately how to remedy it! Would 100% recommend these guys! Wonderful!

It's a pity they don't apply such zest to their clients' tax affairs as they do to 'YouTube' & 'QuickBooks'.....I've never been let down so badly. I should have spotted something was wrong when their registered address is "off limits to the public"!

A modern accountancy firm, very open minded and provides a wide range of educational information via social media. My personal experience as a client has been a great one so far. Introduced to software and automation that has had a big impact on our productivity (namely QuickBooks). Plus through engaging, supportive content a level of ease and confidence is provided which enabled us to start doing things hadn't thought possible 6 months ago.

Spammers that harass continuously by email and ignore all requests to delete data. The company is now being reported to ICO and Trading Standards. Any further harassment and I'll be taking legal action. Definitely the correct company (they offer virtual office services as well as accountancy services) and the many requests to stop spamming me have been sent to three different email addresses
