The customer service in Boesner…
The customer service in Boesner couldn´t be worst. I bought a plastic bag, whose price was hidden. When I got home and checked the bill, I realized the plastic bag cost 26 Euros (FOR A PLASTIC BAG). It was Christmas and I couldn´t go back inmediately to return it. When I finally went there, they told me they have a policy of only 15 days return. I was 3 days late. They offer me a "gutschein" but they found a tiny speck on the bag, and they decided that I had use the bag. Thus, they couldn´t take it back. The manager insisted it was the rules of the store, no exceptions. I have bought my art supplies in Boesner for 19 years, but now I´m done with them. The manager was UNCAPABLE of thinking by herself. Flexibility and independent thinking to evaluate particular cases is not a quality at Boesner. Their rules seem written on granite. The argument was ridiculous, but worst it is to charge 26 Euros for a PLASTIC BAG. I have realized that this art store is not for artists but rich people who do crafts. I recommend to buy your supplies at Malstoff in Warschauer Str. 20, 10243 Berlin. They are polite, helpful and they seem to be capable of thinking out of the box.
