I booked a rental for a trituratrice at Palermo Forum. I arrived at the agreed time. They said the machine was behind too many things in the warehouse and to come back tomorrow. Came back tomorrow. They still didn't have it but did after 20 minutes but the machine was broken. In total, several hours driving back and forth and waiting and no machine. No offer for compensation. Very disappointing.
