I recently had some bodywork repair completed on my car and I’m really happy with the result. The quality of the repair was excellent and matched the original paint perfectly. You’d never know there had been any damage.

Shaun and his team were brilliant and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They also provided a decent-sized courtesy car, which was really helpful. My car was returned clean and looking as good as new.

I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing body repairs or paintwork done on their vehicle.

Excellent customer service. We have had work done previously on our vehicles very professional and knowledgeable keeping us updated whilst dealing with our insurance company. Today I called into the workshop on the off chance for some advice on a small scratch on my campervan. Without hesitation they carried out the minor repair there and then.

Great service and quality workmanship from Bodytech after an Ocado driver hit our parked car. They helped to navigate the complications of the insurance and then did a great job repairing our Ford focus. I took my VW California Coast to Bodytech Services to have a dent repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and clearly take great pride in their work. They kept me updated throughout the process, and the attention to detail was second to none — you honestly wouldn’t know the dent was ever there!

The finish is absolutely perfect, and they returned the van looking spotless.

Bodytech Services also provided me with a courtesy car for the duration of the time they were repairing our van.

Shaun and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Having reversed into a steel barrier and crushing the rear door handle and panel, and not had an accident for over 30 years it was a relief to find a great, highly professional crew who ensured a smooth passage through assessment, liaison with the insurance company, provision of a very acceptable courtesy vehicle, brilliant replacement door and paint job topped off with the timely return of my vehicle; sparklingly clean inside and out. Thank you Bodytech.

Bodytech team were so helpful when we brought the car in with no clue of the damage and made the whole process so easy. Happy to communicate with the insurance company which made life much easier for us. All very hassle free which was what we needed at the time. Will definitely use again.

After I damaged the tailgate and adjoining bodywork of my VW Golf Hatchback in 2023, Bodytech restored the car to “Showroom Condition”. The work and the customer care throughout were first class. Two years later (May 2025), the same car was damaged near the offside rear corner by a reversing driver. I had no hesitation in returning to Bodytech, where I received the same superb treatment for the car and me, as before. From an easily arranged initial meeting to assess the required work, followed by an insurance estimate prepared by Shaun, with his understanding of insurers' requirements, Bodytech soon received insurer’s approval to do the job. Until the insurance approval was obtained there was an inevitable pause, but it was not long before the car was back with me, in its “Showroom Condition”, cleaned inside as well, and looking nothing like the 11 year old car it is. As before I received the same friendly professional advice and help at all times from all the team, who are clearly committed to delivering the best customer experience, and they did not disappoint. As I only paid the insurance excess, I cannot comment on cost, but I guess that the swift approval of the early stages of the insurance claim meant it was in line with insurer’s expectations. I have nothing but praise for Bodytech, and would recommend them to you, reading this review, and anyone else.

I had been recommended to go to Bodytech Services by my son, and he wasn’t wrong with his recommendation!! I had badly dented my Juke on the gates in my driveway and had to claim through my insurers! It was such an easy process with Bodytech, my insurers communicated with them and myself and when the assessor came out to see the damage to my car they were completely happy for Bodytech to do the repairs, as they had dealt with them before! I can’t emphasise enough what a professional company Bodytech are, and particularly Shaun who is the nicest person you can meet and clearly an amazing body repairer!! I was astonished when I picked my car up today, I knew the work would be good but the repair was so very well done, it looked completely brand new, and the paintwork was flawless!!! I was absolutely thrilled with it!! Shaun went above and beyond with the repair, and his service was impeccable!! I cannot commend him highly enough, for his professionalism, his attitude to work, and his incredible expertise!! Thank you Shaun, so very much, I am overjoyed to have my “new” Juke back, all thanks to you!! Also thank you to Nicky in the office for all her help, and to Ollie for replacing my remote battery!! What a great company you are!!!

I was very impressed with this very professional company. My Audi A4 all road was examined by Ollie who explained the work they would need to do to repair the damage done by a reversing articulated lorry. I decided to make a claim on my car insurance and Body tech ( Nicky) helped with this process. After a long wait from the insurance company, which made it difficult for Ollie and Shaun to know exactly when to fit in repair of the car, the work was done. This was done to a very high standard - my car looked like new. I went with this company on my son-in-law’s recommendation and I was so pleased I did. Thanks Shaun, Ollie and Nicky. I would definitely recommend this company too.

Just picked up my car from Bodytech after a nice lady had damaged my off side two doors in Waitrose car
park. Hadn’t used them before but the lady had and as she was paying I followed suit. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received, plus a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired. I recommend them without reservation.

We are a local electrical company. We have used Bodytech on a number of occasions for big and small jobs. They are always incredibly helpful and professional. They are prompt with feedback on quotes and progress when the vehicle is being worked on. The work is always to an incredibly high standard, with vehicles returning as good as new. In the past we have used some of the larger bodyshops and have found their work to be shoddy in comparison to the immaculate work done at Bodytech. I would recommend to all.
