you are ridicules!!! you are shipping a PAULO FERNANDO machine with the front spool that is 2mm too low! Springs that are too soft, unusable, a ridiculous weight... You are Ruffians!!!! Under no circumstances should PAULO FERNANDO sell such rotten machines. And what's more, you put the machine in CHIONOIS cardboard packaging???? Whereas with PAULO they are wooden boxes... You are pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As explained in your support ticket that you sent to us by email on 8 December 2023, the issue you reported (front spool 2mm too low) is most likely caused by the incorrect settings of the machine. As mentioned, we don't set the tattoo machines before shipping because every tattoo artist works differently. The settings should be made by artists themselves according to their personal preference and experience: this guarantees that you'll get the best out if your brand new machine. In case you need support to set the machine, please contact us again and we'll be very happy to provide guidance. We hope this helps!
With regards to the wooden box of your tattoo machine, we can confirm that unfortunately the specific machine that you bought does not include the wooden box that you mentioned. We asked to the manufacturer (Paulo Fernando) for clarifications, and even if they include a wooden box for some of their machines, they confirmed that the model you bought does not include it. We are sorry, but please understand that we do our very best to clarify this on our website and our pictures show that there is no wooden box, therefore we don't really see why you expected to receive a box that was not depicted or included in the pictures.
Anyway, we want to make you happy! Please don't forget that we offered a fast, full refund with free return at no cost for you. Since you decided to keep the machine instead of returning it, we assume that you are still actually satisfied from your purchase. If this is not the case, please note that it doesn't make any sense to keep a product that you don't like, so please contact us again and we'll be more than happy to rectify the issue.
