Lids need to be looked at
Great value for money. But you really need to sort out secure lids for the protein powder tubs. I ordered two tubs, and half of the contents of one of them was all over the packing box. The lids are terrible. To clip them back on, I had to use a rubber mallet.

I'm annoyed when I order products for myself I look at the I ingredients for my allergies and your information online dosent match up with the real ingredients on the items I recieved some of your creatine tubs have maltodextrin in & they didnt show that in the ingredients list online & some of your protein powder and bars have wheat in & did not show this online I'm very unhappy I have had a bad stomach and been ill duent realise I was consuming wheat and the motodextrin items lucky I noticed & didn't consume but has cost me money & is a waist I will look to order from else where,Stephen

Terrible delivery and terrible customer service
I have attempted to order three items on separate occasions, on all occasions, the item never arrived, getting in touch with customer services is terrible, auto responses from AI bot that tell yous to go to customer services, took a week to get a response, on each occasion I got a refund but no way of getting a product delivered, rubbish customer service and delivery

I wouldn’t use them again!
They breached GDPR when they sent me a confirmation that my order had been deliver (I was chasing a lost order) on the order confirmation was the name and address of another person. It was like they had just pulled some random order that had been delivered to try and get out of giving me a refund for a lost parcel. All because they chose to use a substandard delivery Company.
