Received exactly what I ordered, shipped very quickly. I have used them twice now. I strongly recommend this company for your boating needs.

So far so good. I pre-ordered a FB385v2, received in it April. I was keep in the loop via email and any questions I had were quickly answered. The boat is super heavy duty and perfect for me and my 3 children, I finally got a new outboard ( new to me anyway - 1982 15HP Evinrude) and it pairs well with this boat.

Terrible experience with a always right ignorant attitude. Disrespectful. Even went as far as changing the website and stating I had mistaken their advertisement. I luckily had old tabs open and now saved to verify. Lost all trust. Couldn't imagine they uphold any integrity with warranties. Phone number doesn't even give you the sales support like some kind of front for all overseas management. Only refer to emails for anything. If only they were honest this review could have been a lot different.

I bought the OK 420 inflatable ocean/river kayak from BoatsToGo and took it on the Colorado River for a few days. It is very sturdy and comfortable, and holds lots of gear. The two removable skegs are awesome for keeping the kayak straight, and it's nice that they remove easily for shallow water. The paddle it comes with is cheap, but does the job. I bought the kayak seats from BoatsToGo, and they are really nice. I usually kept the boat in the water while I was on shore and just kept the boat tied to something so that I wasn't dragging the boat up rocks, but the boat is sturdy enough to drag it up smoother river rocks if you were alone.

We’ve had a great experience with our Azzurro Mare 13ft river raft. So far we’ve taken it down Ruby, Westwater, Rio Chama, and the San Juan. This thing is an absolute blast in whitewater. We run it as an oar rig, and add two hand paddlers up front for the rapids. You can absolutely charge with it like that. Also does good with gear, but you don’t want to overload it with people and gear in whitewater. Haven’t had any issues with it, it’s nimble, seems super durable, and the warranty is solid.

We purchased a 13' heavy duty kaboat. we've taken it out several times on a freshwater lake in Georgia. Just deflated and drove to Florida panhandle to take out on the bay and the boat handled terrifically. I should include that customer support is excellent too. We purchased seat covers, but the team realized they were the wrong size for our boat model (we had added to cart when considering a different model). They caught the mistake, inquired, we agreed we didn't need, and they ensured we weren't charged. Can't wait to take the boat to north georgia toccoa river next!

the boat fell apart in 3 years, used it maybe 10 times, always in garage, NOT IN THE WEATHER, [ ITS CRAP ] ,every thing is falling off, NEVER BUY AGAIN, I've HAD other inflatables with NO problems, this is my third saturn , the old ones were great, not now, workman ship has gone to he!!

Customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. No issues to speak of regarding the boat. Shipping was quick and simple!

Great products and service. I got a Mars 13 ft kaboat mk385 and it's been a blast. Make sure you read their policies ahead of time before purchasing so you understand how product works and what their policies (warranty, return, etc) are. Good pricing.

Went on my friends MC330 and it was fantastic. Stable, high quality excellent little boat. I will be buying an MC365 and running epoplusion spirit electric motor with it as a tender for my 50' sport fish. Perfect size for the kids

The website is very easy to use and the shipping was a lot quicker than I expected considering the size of both boxes they shipped. The customer service is fairly quick even though It's only through email. I purchased an SD518 a year ago and it's still holding up really well, its quite a big boat so be ware if you are thinking about it.

The customer service was top notch, helped me with every little question I had. Boats were great quality ( I bought 2 whitewater crafts) and I will come back and purchase more. I would like to point out that while some other bigger and smaller companies ignored my calls and emails, boatstogo answered me outside of normal business hours and on weekends. Really speaks volumes to someone like me. No down side on boats, they are barebones, but with what I saved, I can out fit them to exactly what I want and still have enough left over to buy another boat from them.

Good support team, they were very friendly and helpful in aiding me in finding the right boat for me. They were very patient with all my questions and helped me to find a boat that was the right size and price for my needs. Overall it was a very good experience to purchase from them.

I had Saturn boats for almost 15 years, and they always deliver. Good quality boats and quite nice prices. I got new boat just week ago, and it very nice. Very happy.

Since Sunday, when he answered me, I have been reflecting on the facts and the recommendations you have given me, and although it is within the law, I do not see it as reasonable.

It is as if you had a car, which has been used extremely little, and after the warranty period, without any logical cause, a wheel axle breaks. It is not reasonable. There has to be a serious deficiency in the manufacture, which in time has to appear.

If I have no other alternative, I will have no choice but to do what you say so as not to have to throw the kayak in the trash or use it always having that deficiency. I understand that it is not logical for the boats to break in this area, it is the most robust. I'm afraid to make a repair of this magnitude, which I don't see logic and leave it even worse.

The kayak has not been abused, it has not been punctured, it has been used extremely little. It has been stored all these years in a cool, dry place. And I've picked it up again now that I'm retired.

Please clarify what kind of advice or solution you are looking for? I am not clear.
If you have slow leak in 1 location, you can fix it and keep using that kayak.
If you don’t want to fix it, then you can discard that kayak. I do not see any other options here.

I have had my Saturn SD330W for about 3 weeks now and I have had it out on the water twice for some log river and lake cruises. This is my first inflatable boat and everyone I told about my purchase thought I would immediately be eaten by an alligator and the boat would sink. This boat is tough! Once you see it in person you will realize how well constructed the Saturn boats are. My wife who was very skeptical now loves cruising on the water and taking in the views. 3 separate tube chambers, an inflatable keel and an air floor make it very safe. I have no worries about sinking or a tube puncture, the material is very strong. I have a new 6hp Suzuki that pushes it along fine but is a bit slow with 6hp since I opted for the wide version of the SD330. If you are looking for speed more HP is what you need. My current setup is a cruiser, perfect for a leisurely cruise up a river or on a lake, not land speed records. I have had 4 people aboard with room to spare. I actually carry the entire boat in my subcompact 3 cylinder Mitsubishi Mirage with room for a passenger, the engine and everything else. With the transom wheels I am able to set it up and get the boat in and out of the water with ease by myself. Using a high pressure pump it only takes about 30 min to get ready. This boat is great and I am already looking to purchase a Saturn KaBoat for a trip to the Keys and Everglades.

boatstogo.com is a great company to do business with. Their products are top quality, I purchased a Mars PSM365 inflatable boat. It is listed as a "value" brand, but gas most of the features of a much more expensive boat. Very happy with my purchase experience, shipping time and service after the sale are second to none. Upon the research of a whole winter season, I decided to purchase a Saturn inflatable boat for the coming spring and summer. My FB300 is so versatile that I will use it to enjoy river/lake cruising and fishing. I can't say more how envy other is when I set it up on the dock. I will definitely recommend anyone to get a Saturn for its durability, versatility, and affordability. I actually contact multiple sellers of Saturn and found out Boatstogo is the best given its lowest price and finest service. My order got shipped right after I placed it. Also, Elliot is very responsible and gives me great advice. I am also pre-ordering an air-deck floor as an alternative option.
