I had s slight issue and boardman dealt with it quickly, very professionally and I had the refund before the ironing board was returned. Unusual to find such prompt and professional survive so thank you, will recommend others to buy from them.

This truly is the best ironing board! It must be - I bought it for myself as a Xmas present!!
And I’m soo pleased I did! Ironing bedding is now a breeze - it allows me to iron through 4 layers at once! Sheets are done in no time! It’s easy to put up and the extra width saves all that faffing about moving things on the board. My only gripe is the lack of instructions regarding the tightening of the cover. But that was soon solved with a little ingenuity. I also like the aftersales service too - a nice back up just in case of any problems. I have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars!! Brilliant and a great time saver!! I love it! Thankyou

I have a small laundry room and purchased 3 of the XL boards. Well I can’t fault them, they are sturdy but lightweight easy to move position! We mostly iron bedding so the XL size makes this an easy job. As for the customer service absolutely first class 🤩 I’ve spoken to a few different members of staff and everyone is very polite and extremely helpful. Fantastic company thank you 🥰

The Boardmann makes ironing sheets so much easier. Twinned with a decent steam generator iron, you'll get the job done so much quicker.

Firsts class product and first class customer service. These ironing boards are amazing for doing bed linen and we do a lot for our Airbnb properties.

Ironing board is stable, easy to use, and so much better for large items, with the longer straight sides.
Better than the normal shape, and priced reasonably.

Two things:
The board could be 6" longer.

The cover ruffles, and doesn't snug/hold the edges firmly enough.

Even though I didn’t keep the board as it was too short, their customer service was second to none. Nothing was to much bother. It was couriered to me with in one day of purchase and picke up by Courier when I returned it with a full refund.

Fantastic board! Makes ironing so much easier, especially shirts and bed sheets. It’s a top quality board, well made and makes me wonder why I didn’t purchase one sooner!

Really pleased with this fantastic Ironing board. It’s exactly as described and I’m sure it’s going to be with me for many years. As a lifelong Sewer, Quilter, Crafter, I use Ironing equipment daily, and it really takes something special to cope with that use. Previously I had a padded worktable that I used but a recent move has meant a significant downsizing so an ironing board was my only option. Finding Boardmann was truely meant to be. It’s also strong enough to cope with the weight of my Steam generator iron which I just can’t be without!
Customer service was responsive and helpful when the Courier took longer to deliver than expected. I ordered direct from the Company rather than through Amazon which is where I initially found the product, something I do as often as I can to save the seller those fees. I’m glad I did as I was able to speak directly to the Seller rather than a call centre. My board arrived safely, well packed, and has been used daily since then. I’m definitely a happy customer.

The product is excellent exactly as advertised and exactly what I wanted. I had a question and the company have been extremely helpful. Communication has been personal and swift, I would recommend this company and product.

Love my Boardman making simple work of the ironing and that purchasing a new cover is equally straight forward.
