I bought a monthly package for Europe
I bought a monthly package for Europe, which worked well for the first month. At the end of the term (the first month), my remaining data disappeared (which is fine for a monthly package), but the automatic subscription renewal did not happen for some unknown reason.
Since then I have 0 bytes in my data plan.
Unfortunately, the online chat customer service does not answer my questions at all, neither via my Windows browser nor via the BNE mobile app.
I called them several times via the BNE mobile app phone, but my calls were disconnected as soon as I selected customer service in the voice menu.
Finally, I decided to cancel my monthly package (ie: cancel my esim) and buy a completely new one. However, now I can't pay for it because their system won't accept the money I had previously uploaded to my BNE Wallet.
Now I don't know what to think, as it worked for a while, but as soon as I uploaded some extra money to my BNE wallet, they (the company staff and their service) disappeared.

Trip to Argentina brought 1gb service…
Trip to Argentina brought 1gb service very slow drained my battery. Also when I went to top up my service I paid and the data wasn’t applied I had to spend an hour proving to BNE they was at fault. They agreed to refund but then refunded a different cheaper transaction. I purchased another top up of 1gb again didn’t apply and transaction duplicated. Customer support accused me of having the data! Then can back stating I need to wait a few hours!!! 3 hours later nothing. I went to a different provider as I needed the data there and then. BNE 24 hours later credit my account with 2GB of data which I now don’t need. They don’t refund, no help useless customer serice. Charged everything back on my credit card. My new esim provider was faster than BNE. I won’t be using BNE again slow data and messy billing just keep on charging my credit card! Avoid

I purchased the data plan for Panama
I purchased the data plan for Panama, which was a one-time purchase. Bnesim silently enrolled me into a monthly subscription and kept billing me after the initial purchase. I consider it foul practice that you are enrolled into monthly billing without your clear consent and intention. I can see other similar reviews here. I had to cancel my credit card and deal with all the related mess. I will never use them again.

Recommended to my beloved, and she loves BNE
My beloved took a 10 day Mont Blanc hiking trip, & wanted to be sure she could share her experience & be reached while abroad. Great for South Korea
BNESIM has served me well in South Korea (local SIM cards are so expensive here). However, it requires meticulous setup for functionality, and unfortunately, the app's responsiveness is lacking, often leaving you waiting in front of loading indicators for extended periods of time. Data speed also seemed a bit slow to me. Still unbeatable for the price. Can therefore recommend.

As a pilot I travel to many different countries and now I have the benefit of having internet as soon as I turn on my phone. It just works… no more said. I really appreciate that there is no time limit on the packages. If I visit a place 3=4 months later again. I still have internet working.
