I've recently ordered a scanner. No email communications even after a week. I was shocked to see on the web site that they now stopped trading. Hoping that Lisa us going to contact us soon and arrange either for a refund or delivery of scanner. Fingers crossed....

I needed to buy a scanner that was to be purchased by my employer.

Fantastic service. Genuine sense of care and responsibility to the customer. I bought a scanner which turned out to not work through no fault of BMI. Technical Support at Epson agreed to replace it but would only offer me a refurbished scanner in place of my brand new one as that is all they had. I let Lisa at BMI know what was happening with Epson, she immediately called me to offer me a brand new scanner and would resolve the issue with Epson. An issue that had taken weeks to resolve with Epson, addressed in one phone call with Lisa and I had a brand new scanner the next day. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great price and fantastic service.
