Oscar was polite and knowledgeable

Just be honest about the whole process. I have been a customer for some time now and it appears my employer is no longer a participant. Although Benji keeps giving me a refinance date, customer service and your website state you are updating the system. I found a way to go in without identity and it states my job no longer is participant and I named another facility and it said great news it's on the list so apply for loan. And I also see others in reviews recently that appreciate the help to apply for their loan. I don't appreciate being thrown to and fro about a few dollars. Update system to provide honesty. I even wrote a positive review about someone that lied to me about process crap after they asked me to write a review about their customer service. I can say they pleasantly lied to me. I'll pay my debt, but be honest with me as you expect me to be with you.

Claudia L is an outstanding representative! She was very attentive to detail and went above and beyond to research and solve the issue. She was very thorough and i am very satisfied with her customer service! She definitely exceeds the standard of what customer service should be! Give her a BIG raise and congratulations on having such an awesome employee!

I personally would like to thank Christian for his service and getting my paperwork done I’ve been suffering from black mold it’s been hindering my allergies and the AC is constantly breaking down so I had to try to figure out how I was gonna get money to find a decent place to live and I just thank God for BMG for being there to help support my knees in a difficult situation and still paying rent so that my credit won’t get damaged too bad but thank you guys very much
