Knowledgeable people with passion for BMW's

I generally buy new cars with service packs but when I don't or I need something doing not covered by that I go here rather than a dealer. Why? Simple; The owner is a passionate BMW nut and I trust they know what they are doing frankly way beyond the techs at a main dealer. You get a friendly greeting and often a cup of something hot whilst you wait and whilst they aren't bargain basement prices - for the service you get they are very reasonable.

Highly recommended. . .

Excellent service and pricing. Took my car in for a major 80k transmission and diff service plus upgrades to the cooling system. All work quoted for and carried out very professionally with friendly service and options explained in detail. Very happy and highly recommended. Thank you Shaz and Tom!

Always used main dealer but they…

Always used main dealer but they couldn’t find a water leak. Took cat my beloved M540i touring to these guys found it within 30 minutes. From when I made my first call to book in until job complete could not fault

Took my car as I had a drive train…

Took my car as I had a drive train fault, carried out a computer check for faults (£84) to which they could not identify the fault.. We will contact BMW direct they said and would hear back the next day latest. (nothing) i chased and finally they said i need a new auxillary battery, took car back and got charged (£160) but fault still showed. Said i would hear within 48 hours. I waited a week and emailed them to be told i would find out later that day...Nothing.
I have emailed several times with my concerns since and no reply. I decided to contact BMW directly who asked for my VIN to check on any reports received.. they had heard nothing about any report made on my car. They asked where i took it, and after telling them, they informed me that this is not a recommend place with BMW, and not the first time they have had complaints about them.. i have now booked the car in at a recommend place at Nottingham. If i had just been told there was nothing they could do for me, i would have been happy to have just gone elsewhere.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cars

My husband has taken his car here a few times and me a couple of times.We both have BMWs and don’t rate BMW personally for service and doing a good job.These however are second to non. Totally trust them and they will go over and above to help you . Thanks to you all and John for sorting my bashed light out!

Auto gearbox service fantastic job.

I booked my car in with a auto gearbox fault. They looked at it and contacted me quickly letting me know it needed a service and coding which was great as I was expecting it to be quite expensive. As a women I always feel like garages are out to rip me off but these guys are brilliant they explained everything to me so I understood what had been done. I've used them a few times now and I wouldn't take my bmw anywhere else. Fantastic service and I always recommend to friends.
Thanks again guys.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Tried to book the car in, but they did it while I waited. Two headlights replaced and tyres done within minutes, a bargain and slick.

A Ferris Bueller's Day Off Experience

A Ferris Bueller's Day Off Experience. The BM Centre clearly know their way around a BMW mechanically. However, after leaving my car with them for a major service, when it was time to collect it, I was notified that it required a new MAF sensor and one would need to be ordered from Sytner for Monday morning so I left the car with them over the weekend so they could sort the MAF as soon as it arrived; big mistake. When I delivered the car for the service (E46 330ci Sport Convertible) it was totally clean with a near full tank of petrol. When I collected it I noticed that the car was covered in sandy rain blotches and wheel arch mud splatter, light tree debris on the roof, heavy brake dust coating the wheels and slightly over a quarter of a tank of fuel used; they also reset the mileometer to zero, which I never do between fill-ups and when I went to wash it the following day I found a paint star blister the size of a 50p coin on the top section of the rear bumper with a distortion bump in the underlying plastic below it, and the bumper is now slightly loose, so it had clearly been reversed into something or visa versa. So yes, they know what to do with a BMW spanner but unfortunately cannot be trusted to look after your pride and joy believing instead that they can do what they like with it. Just because it was left in their charge over a weekend, does not give them the right to wrag it around for personal use. My bill from them was over £900, and now I have to pay a body-shop another £350 to fix their damage. One has to wonder, If you cannot trust them to look after your property, can you trust that all of the work was done correctly if at all?
