I’ve placed multiple orders within the last weeks an everyone has been delivered without a issue even the items are amazing I had one issue with my first order but it was totally on me I had put my mother address in for billing an forgot to change shipping which I notice as soon as I click place order I thought it was to late to fix this but it wasn’t I called customer service number an they fixed it within minutes I try to order every 2 weeks because they products sell out within days if not hours I really have a problem with shopping here because I have notifications on an when I open the app I’m placing clothes ,bags an shoes in my cart they also give you points for reviews to go towards your next order an it’s always a coupon saving they give me so with the loyalty points an coupon I’m saving between $20-$150 every order please select express delivery as well because regular can take up to 3 weeks

Order my stuff 13 they say I will be receiving my stuff 23 I didn’t receive nothing not even a tracking number all they giving is points like this is ridiculous I’m not even getting to talk to a customer care
I shop from shein and didn’t had no problem I order stuff from shein the same day and already received all my packages from them

I paid for expedited shipping and it’s been weeks sense I placed my order. I would like a refund for the extra shipping cost. That is the least they could do 😤

I ordered from blush mark April 17,2023 I never gotten my order I contacted them they did not refund my money. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. That whole site is a scam

I ordered from this company was told I had expedited shipping to never receive the package. I ordered this the beginning of March its April they kept saying its delayed and they were giving points for inconvenience the points only ended up being 5 dollars on a 100 order. They claimed they delivered it when I was out of town. Still no package. But they took my money will not give my money back. These foreign sites needs to be shut down. It's too difficult to get help they send emails talking about how sorry they are with no resolution if we stop shopping they have no business and imma make sure I tell everyone not to shop

It does take a little while to receive the order but I did get it. The quality is great for the price. I was very satisfied with my purchase and should have ordered more than one set but, I would order from them again. I wish they had a warehouse right here. If corporate reads this maybe you will consider. I know the clothes would profit because the quality is so good and it’s affordable.

I was suppose to get my package March 22nd . They told me the package was delayed . It’s currently April 22nd and I haven’t received my package . They refunded me my money but I will never shop from here ever again . It’s sad because my friends and told me they liked shopping here and they always received their things but I still haven’t !!! It’s been stuck in Indiana for a month

The quality of there clothes are extremely poor and nothing looks like the pictures you see on the website. Overall I believe this site is very deceiving.

so i ordered a package that was supposed to come 4/3/23 . this is my first time ever ordering from here . i had a bad feeling but didn’t think much of it . todays date is 4/14/23 . I have yet to receive my package and when I asked they told me it was because of an incomplete address but they also gave a faulty tracking number that somehow can’t be verified on ANY delivery site that ive tried … my problem is how can I call anybody to verify my address if when it becomes time , and they ask for a tracking number , i don’t have one to give them because the one I have NEVER works . atp i honestly just want a REAL solution or my money back cause i definitely could’ve spent it on SHEIN 😭 .

I was just about to place a $662 order but something told me to check the reviews. I always do!! After reading the reviews I will not be placing an order. It's sad because the outfits look so cute, but I don't play about my money or my time.

I’m so mad right now I could cry. I ordered my stuff 3/18. I opted into express shipping for my trip this weekend. March 25th I got an email saying my package was delayed. No updates. I called USPS and they are still waiting to receive my order. On the app it says it was shipped days ago. I’m mad af. I spent $300 just for it not to come in time. I don’t know what to do. I emailed three times no response. Don’t purchase from here. This was the worse mistake ever. I should have just ordered from Amazon.

A complete scam. Keep getting emails about my order being delayed and no response from customer service.

I sent Blush mark an email still no response. My order was supposed to be delivered today. Usps still has not received the item or package and I am going out of the country. I told them if it was not going to come on time cancel the order when it was still processing. At this point im go through with my bank and I am submitting a fraud investigation with the BBB in regards to their business practices

I had 2 orders completely go to the wrong address then what was put in. None of there emails or contact information work , the email does not exist. I can’t get ahold of anyone for this problem. My app say’s delivered but never received any items and all of there delivery services says my order numbers don’t exist. Honestly not worth spending money on here they have a tendency of not delivering or responding.

Worst customer service ever I ordered my package March 2nd and I was supposed to get it March 14th and I never got the package. I contacted customer service and they never tried to help the representative was rude with me and kept telling me it’s not their fault and I should contact the usps.
