I find Blushingbuyer's website very easy to follow. I order the incontinence pants for a friend who doesn't have a computer, he is extremely pleased with them and wears them all the time. The delivery service is excellent.

First class attentive prompt service, with follow up emails advising when delivery was going to be, and the approximate time. The product is also of first class quality.

The order took longer than indicated to be dispatched. I wasnt kept promptly informed . This caused me inconvenience and distress and the company could not be contacted by phone. Instead of feeling pleased that I had found a good new supplier I was just relieved that, in the end, my order did arrive

Site is easy to negotiate, the checkout is simple, the prices are fair and delivery was reasonable. Such a shame that the goods were stuffed into a thin plastic bag and left to the mercy of the post office. The enclosed boxes were crushed and torn and the contents lying loose in the bag

I am always amazed at how easy this website is to use and how quickly they dispatch goods in stock. I usually receive my order a couple of days after ordering - the only time I had to wait longer was when their couriers couldn't get to them to pick up deliveries because of the snow. Customer service is excellent and they kept me fully informed as to developments. Also, a very interesting range of products with everything geared to sparing the blushes of even the most modest among us. Highly recommended.
