Excellent Service, To the point.

Blue Square Offices is not only competitively priced, they provide a professional service. Having never used a service like this I was a little unsure, but they were fast to respond to my enquiries and I felt very comfortable in engaging with them going forward.

The team at Blue Square made it a really easy process to sign up for a virtual office package. The package itself was reasonably priced and it was very well explained in all of their literature.

Have already been Blue Square Offices client a few years ago.
Great value for money, never had problems, very helpful, friendly and prompt customer service.
My package is the basic one, with registered office and HMRC and Companies House mail redirection to my address, yet there are several other services at a convenient costs, like meeting rooms etc...

The website was very straightforward and easy to use. I called to confirm whether payments and my details had all gone through fine as I had a few wifi issues that day. Lady on the phone was so friendly and extremely kind, she arranged for a call back with the head of that department. The woman that called me was as friendly as the first. Would highly recommend them for small business owners looking for a virtual address for their company.

Disappointing that a company that offers virtual office management are shocking at email replies. I made an error with the initial order, yet UPGRADING it seems to be a real hurdle. You may wonder why I have then edited to 5 stars. As a business coach I work with a LOT of businesses, we all make mistakes. It's how they are dealt with that matters. This company nailed this - no blame, no excuses, no ridiculous COVID excuses, they just wanted it FIXED. That's good business and worthy a five stars. We all make mistakes. Well done guys, nice catch.
