Bought a pair of oakley sunglasses. They were poor quality for such a brand as they were defected. Contacted customer service on around day 10 as its not very sunny in england. I reported the defect however they told me i shpuld have reported within 24hrs. Luckily for me they were genuine. I contacted Oakley direct and they sent me a replacement pair free of charge. How a real company should act! Not sure what to think of bluenty as the product was genuine and cheap. Appears as though they sell slightly poorer quality items to reflect on the price you pay!

I bought a pair of Persol Sunglasses with an expected shipping time of 5-9 days. The parcel was sent on day 7 and it cames 4 days later by Parcelforce company, well packed in a cardboard box with glasses and a flyer.
The product is original, with its documentation and original Persol accessories, including up a hanging where it appears that the lenses are polarized.
I could not be happier, I will repeat.

These guys do sell genuine glasses at a cheap price, but they're an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I ordered two pairs of Ralph Lauren glasses with an advertised delivery timescale of 8-15 days.

After about 20 days I emailed them (there's no customer service phone number) and asked what was happening.

They said they had one pair in stock, but were waiting on the others - but there was no estimated lead time from the manufacturer. So I asked if they could ship the in stock pair and I'd wait for the others to come in.

They said they couldn't ship one pair without the other, so I could have the in stock pair and cancel the order for the others. I said I'd wait a little longer until they could ship both pairs.

Fast forward to over a month since I placed my order and still no glasses. But worse than that, no update email, no 'sorry we're still waiting'. Nothing. I asked again for them to send the glasses they had and I'd wait for the others to come in but they won't do it.

SO after them having my money for over a month, I've just cancelled the whole order. Am fuming. Zero customer service. Worst experience ever.

Was a bit worried about using this company but went with it anyway as it was nearly half price on what sunglasses hut were selling them for in the uk (persol icons). Dispatch and delivery does take a while and it took something like a month for my pair to arrive but they are spot on and come with all warranty's etc provided by luxottica (the guys who make basically every pair of sunglasses on the market).

Basically if your looking for a deal don't be too worried about using them but if you need the sunglasses soon go elsewhere. Bluenty is slow but trustworthy for sure.

Very fast, professional and serius....of course original glasees.....highly recommended!! I'll buy next one in Bluenty!!

I bought a pair of Versace sunglasses for a gift..at first I was not sure because the price was very cheap, but they have arrived on time and the product is original.

Ordered some sunglasses with a 5-9 days shipping. 10 days later there is no news or dispatch notice. I complained to be told it is 15 days shipping. I asked for clarification on if they actually had them in stock and was abruptly told to cancel my order if I was unhappy.

I definately recommend bluenty as they have lower prices and genuine products. I was rather worried at first because I had read bad reviews but after waiting a few weeks I have finally received my sunglasses and they are intact! So happy with my purchase and Bluenty team! if you are thinking to buy from Bluenty, go for it.

I bought a Jaw Breaker one week ago. The process ran fine, I received a confirmation email with online tracking number. I received them by Parcelforce. The glasses are genuine and perfect for my bike!

I ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses from Bluenty three weeks ago. I got a confirmation number of the order, but no follow up email advising of the delivery date, etc. Since then, I've contacted them by email through their website three times, but have not received a response. Further, there is no phone number on the website. I can only assume that the company has gone bankrupt.

I ordered two Oakley sunglasses with a little trepidation as the price was very cost effective. Having Paypal as a payment mechanism helped me to have a go.

I needn't have worried, a couple of weeks after ordering the sunglasses arrived (from Spain). Full Oakley spec and suitably packed.

I'd use them again without hesitation.

Just had my new oakleys from Bluenty.com, ,lovely sunglasses, registered them online with oakley to extend the warranty, no problems at all.

It is a very weird and dodgy company, never contact me properly and then when I complained about the delay on the order, they told me it would take between 7-15 days. So, 20 days later I complain again, no one answer my emails. I ended up opening a dispute with paypal and thanks god I got my money back.

Avoid this company at any costs, bunch of scammers!

If you can wait for some days for your glasses, they have the best price we found. The product arrive, original, with case and documentation. Will buy them again.

After 30 days still waiting for my Oakley sunglasses, claimed issues with supply. Won't be ordering from them again, rather pay the extra and buy from reputable UK based store!
