Warning: Blue Fire Engages in Fraudulent Billing Practices

I had a very troubling experience with Blue Fire, a third-party company partnered with Jerry AI. Despite being told I would incur no charges, Blue Fire fraudulently billed my credit card $912.63 after their underwriting department had already denied my policy application. Jerry also confirmed this denial, stating I would not be charged. Yet, Blue Fire charged me for a policy they had already rejected, after the fact! When I tried to resolve this issue through Jerry’s customer service, I was met with silence and no assistance. This lack of response is deeply concerning and demonstrates a disturbing disregard for customers facing unauthorized charges.Blue Fire’s billing practices are highly unethical and potentially illegal. After further research, I discovered this is a common problem affecting many people. When I attempted to contact Blue Fire directly, their online contact form consistently produced errors, and phone calls were either unanswered or ended abruptly after long hold times. I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with Blue Fire unless they want to risk fraudulent charges and zero customer support. The fact that Jerry contracts / works with this subpar company and also completely ghosted me after I brought the issue to their attention and they claimed they would connect me with a specialist to resolve the issue, shows me that they are just as shady as Blue Fire.
I have all the necessary proof to dispute this charge and intend to pursue all available legal and consumer protection options.

WORST INSURANCE

I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Fire Insurance, specifically with an agent named Luis. He was extremely rude and entitled, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Every time I tried to ask a question or explain my situation, he would talk over me and cut me off mid-sentence. He showed no willingness to listen, and when I tried to clarify things or add more details, he abruptly interrupted me instead of being helpful.

I reached out for support with something important, but instead of assisting me, Luis made the conversation more frustrating. He refused to help me with what I actually asked about and made me feel dismissed and disrespected.

I do not recommend working with Blue Fire Insurance if this is the type of service they allow their representatives to provide.

Scam artist... Don't know how they sleep at night

Bluefire Insurance does not even get a star from me. I was hit by a truck insured by them. I could never get in touch with an adjuster. The adjuster that claimed was over my case has been out for two weeks. Just to speak to Dustin the supervisor over the adjusters. Each time I talked to him he would be so rude and yell at me. I was told he has no boss over him, that I could inform. At the end he said it was my fault and would not take liability. The police report states the truck driver was at fault. He was going out of an entrance area taking both sides did not yield and hit the passenger side of my car. I can't open my front door. It will cost over 9,000 dollars to fix. Lord, I don't know how that will happen. Bottom line they are horrible, and now they have blocked any email I send. I don't know how they sleep at night.
