The review is purely for the booking experience.
I entered my holiday details on Blue Bay Travel website but it couldn't give me confirmation straightaway but Steph phoned me within a couple of minutes and went through everything, very easy to complete.

fast and friendly service helped me find the best holiday I asked for.

My contact is Nicola. She has been so patient with my, keep changing my requests and always so calm and helpful. We have now booked and I am so very happy with the service and booking received

I saw the holiday I liked on-line. But rather than book on line I wanted to speak to someone first to ask a couple of questions. Elle who took my call was very polite & answered my queries most satisfactorily.
I asked her to call me back in 48 hours while I made my decision. Which Elle did & the holiday was booked over the phone.
The price was less than the same holiday with other companies so I am very happy with Blue Bay.

Georgia was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our booking. We had pinpointed a holiday that we were interested in and she was able to make adjustments to the holiday to aid my disability.
She also helped to check her system so we knew it was the best holiday on offer for us.
We have booked through Blue Bay before, are happy to use them again and definitely recommend them

Requested specific international and internal flights as well as specific hotels.
Received a completely correct itinerary in a very timely manner with a very competitive price.

Always have a good experience when booking a holiday with Blue Bay, extremely helpful advisors, easy booking through them, everything explained and all paperwork sent either same or next day, also very easy to contact them for any after booking queries, I would have no hesitation recommending this company

I dont normally leave reviews but I did quite a bit of research as this was quite an expensive holiday and BBT were about 10% cheaper than anyone else . I spoke to Steph who was really helpful and knew her stuff so got our holiday booked and sorted in a few mins, I would recommend both Steph and Blue Bay Travel and will be using them next time.

Blue Bay are absolutely outstanding at understanding your needs, they are always a pleasure to deal with and I have been using them as my go to Travel company for over 15 years, I had amazing service from Louise and Ellie. The additional discount for parking through the Chairmans club is a welcome addition. Thanks again BBT.

We found Blue Bay Travel via Facebook. A quick call lead us to Tamzin the rep. She found the perfect holiday for us to Anelia hotel, Flic en Flac, Mauritius. The whole booking service went very smoothly, and Tamzin was a delight to work with. As for the hotel, I was a wonderful place to stay, especially with the upgraded ocean view balcony room. Totally recommend Blue Bay travel and Anelia hotel.
