Great experience
I've booked two holidays with Steph at Blue Bay now and on both occasions have had an excellent experience. Steph is super friendly, really knows her stuff, gets exactly what you're looking for and then also throws in some options that you hadn't perhaps thought of yourself. The prices have also been amazing. I can highly recommend Steph and Blue Bay

Nothing was too much trouble.
Sarah the holiday consultant was exceptionally good at her job. She explained everything about the hotel and as we need assistance at the airport, she talked us through the airport procedure. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
She managed to get a ground floor ocean view room due to my disability.
I would certainly recommend Bluebay Travel.

HAVE BEEN USING BLUE BAY FOR ALL MY LONG HAUL HOLIDAYS' AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DELIVERED, VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.
I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY CAN GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR SHORT HAUL TRAVEL TO CYPRUS. I HAD ALREADY PRICED UP A FEW AND I WANTED TO SEE IF THEY CAN BETTER THE PRICE.
I SPOKE WITH IURY SOUSA, HE HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELPED ME IN GETTING THE HOTEL THAT I WANTED AND WITH BRILLIANT FLIGHT TIMES FROM THE AIRPORT I WANTED.
WITH ADDED BENEFIT BY GIVING ME A BETTER QUOTE TO OTHER TOUR OPERATORS.
AND OF COURSE I BOOKED WITH BLUE BAY.

Phoned the company as we had a party of 10 to book for. I already had a couple of destinations in mind and got through to ‘Izzie’ who listened to what we required.
She was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave the appropriate prices for both holidays. To help us make a decision, she gave a summary of the hotel and facilities which made it easy to choose.

What an amazing holiday we have just come back from, Caitlin booked and took care of everything. The hotel was amazing the flights were really good times and we didn't have to do a thing, Caitlin saw to everything and even contacted us once home to make sure everything was OK and went to plan, thank you so much Caitlin I would highly recommend booking with her, she even got us the cheapest and best deals. Rebecca Bagnoli is my consultant and she has been amazing. Having booked 2 holidays this year for me. She was so knowledgeable, totally understood what i wanted (and didnt want!) and provided holiday options in line with my criteria. She was patient with my many questions, knowledgeable and offered a really friendly service.
Some lovely little personal and thoughtful touches too which just make the whole holiday booking and post booking experience first class.
Our holiday to Alicante was spot on and just what we needed, great location and fab hotel. We are off to Bali in a few weeks with 3 stops and she has planned the whole itinerary. Totally taking the stress out of me doing this myself.
I would 100% recommend this service and Rebecca as a travel consultant and she will be my go to for all future holidays.
