Eyebrow piercing for 14 year old
My daughter wanted her eyebrow pierced and the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the procedure. Grace was so reassuring and calm with my daughter and really put her at ease and we loved the final result!! Thank you, will definitely return!

Rip off
Have had all my piercings done at this store including my belly button piercing, which came out at work yesterday, so went into the store today to get another one but in.
The piercer was a young girl who didn't really seem to know what she was doing and said one hole had closed and she couldn't repeirce it.
They still charged me £10 for a service I havent received
WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE DISGUSTING TAKING MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE

Thank you for your review. We have looked into this for you, and it looks like you came into our store for a piercing changeover. Piercing changeovers are always priced at a set £10, which is non-refundable. Our staff made sure to warn you in advance, as we always do, that the cost is non-refundable, even if they aren't able to get the jewellery in. This is because the changeover still requires the piercers' time and equipment. If there is any further confusion about this, you are welcome to go back to the Leicester store to discuss it further with our staff, or email our customer service team, who can explain further.

I had such an amazing experience at this piercing shop! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Ana, who did my piercing, was absolutely fantastic — so friendly, reassuring, and professional throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and her attention to cleanliness and hygiene was outstanding.
As it was a private piercing, Hannah was brought in as a chaperone, which I really appreciated. She was lovely and helped make the whole experience feel even more comfortable and professional.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, while still being extremely professional. Everything was spotless, organised, and clearly held to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend this shop to anyone considering a piercing. Thank you again to Ana and Hannah for such a positive experience!
