Bloom Gateshead central and south classes are amazing Chloe who runs the classes is always smiling and welcoming at every class. How she puts her home life behind her is outstanding, as Chloe interacts with every child and parent on every class. Her booking are taken up quick so book as early as possible.

Sensory day is the best day of the week. I enjoy taking my little onto these classes and I can see how much he has developed by going to them once a week.

Abbie makes it so special every week. She makes an effort with every mum and baby. She is so caring and takes the time to talk to everyone and makes sure they are okay but also enjoying the experience. She gives great mum tips and gives very helpful tips for each milestone. I don’t know how she remembers every babies name but somehow she does which makes us feel so welcome and less nervous xxx.

Bloom classes are fab. My baby has been coming since he was 8 weeks old, we love the classes and have a different theme each week, Rachel is so friendly and lovely I would highly recommend.

Mia and I are coming to the end of our journey with Bloom. I started attending classes with Dan when Mia was about 4 months old in the caterpillar club and then we went on to Busy Bee’s when Mia got older. The classes are lovely and most importantly Mia absolutely loved them. She loved the activities, meeting other children and I loved seeing her bringing the activities we did in class home. I couldn’t recommend these classes more. Dan and Laura have created a lovely safe environment to bring your child, to get away from everything else going on and just have some quality time with your baby. Singing, dancing and sensory play. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend. Thanks so much to the team we will really miss these classes!

My baby Olivia has just finished the Autumn Term with Bloom. Olivia is 3 months old and absolutely loves the class Danielle who runs the class has created a beautiful environment for babies to flourish in. The themes each week are wonderful and Danielle's explanation of what we're doing and why we do it for baby's development is so interesting. We both can't wait for the Halloween class and already booked on for Winter Term.

We have just finished our second term at Bloom with Danelle, and we can not wait for the next term to start. Myself and my LG look forward to the classes each week. The classes offer a bit of everything, baby yoga, little dip in baby massage , tummy time and lots of really enjoyable fun songs and lots of colour. The classes are very laid back, if your running late (always me) that’s ok, if your baby sleeps the whole class (my LG the first week) that’s ok, if they want to feed in the middle of class, that’s ok too. I find the classes very friendly and a lot of fun. Our family group wats app all await what topic our ‘theme time’ is each week. We had lots of fun and it is really cute seeing all the tagged photographs that evening on instagram. An extra special thank you to Danelle for making me not feel like I was being a pain with my requests. Due to having a caesarean I weren’t able to drive myself to the first class I asked Danelle could my sister attend with me, she did and sat at the back, having yet met Danelle at this point I felt really at ease as her reply put me at ease and walking into class for the first time felt ok. Another issue i had was my older LG who is 6 was on half term from school and I had no childcare, again Danelle was very accommodating and said my LG could attend after letting me know of her insurance conditions. Thank you Danelle.

I have been taking my little boy to Danelles class since January when he was 6 months old and he absolutely loves it. After my maternity finished I wasn’t able to carry on with the classes but since being off work over summer we was able to book onto the summer mini term and I have loved seeing his little face remembering all the songs and he has came on so much. Danelle is so lovely and welcoming. She always brings a smile to Isaacs face during his favourite songs and when the bubble machine comes out. I would 100% recommend bloom classes

I went to a class in Liverpool. I signed up to Bloom classes after I kept seeing them on social media & the videos were brilliant. I regretted signing up after 2 people I attended another class with saying they wouldn't rate them, both of them attended classes in different areas of Liverpool. They said the classes were too big, overwhelming, not baby led, one said their class leader was rude, the classes were cliquey and they felt uncomfortable. Before attending class I messaged the class leader, I forgot to put in my 10% discount code for having priority booking, so I paid full price, the classes were then being advertised as 50% off as they musn't of had enough bookings, I felt peeved by this and sent a polite message just asking if there was anything they could offer me & I got ignored! When I first entered class I was ignored by the class leader, no friendly hello! It seemed quite a few people had attended with people they already knew, it was cliquey and apart from those people no one really spoke to each other, I think this was because of the atmosphere created by the class leader which wasn't warm and welcoming. The first bit involved the class leader coming round with bubbles & a puppet, she whizzed round in seconds, the puppet did not come to life, which was a shame as I know if she had interacted with my baby using the puppet he'd of loved it. Everything felt so rushed, it was not relaxed, and the class leader did not make attempts to get to know the babies or mums. The props were the worst, horrible cheap tat which I wouldn't dream of putting my baby through the discomfort of wearing them just for a photo, the constant plugs of "don't forget to tag us on social media to win free classes" was cringe! The classes were too big and everyone was sat on top of each other, it was uncomfortable and it was hard to do tummy time on the caterpillar as there were so many babies crammed in close together. The videos and photos on social media make it look loads better than it is & I'd rather go to a sensory class which is baby led and not obsessed with social media. I understand this is how they spread the word of their classes to run their businesses but it is over the top and I will be going on word of mouth next time, and people i've spoken to don't recommend these classes either. I've purposely not mentioned the class leader's name because she seems like a nice person & will obviously be relying on her classes for income, but I just felt there was no enthusiasm from her and this affected the quality of the class and our experience of it.

I booked a term of baby sensory for 4 weeks with Danielle in Liverpool.
I was really looking forward to getting started with my little girl but sadly the first class was cancelled and no replacement class confirmed, the 2nd week me and my LG were really poorly so we couldn’t make it, Danielle wasn’t very accommodating or empathetic in making up another class for us so that was our 2nd class out of the 4 missed. Then the 3rd week I’d had an awful night with my then 13 week old LG and had been up since 3:30am, I still rushed round that morning to ensure we got to class as I wanted to see my LG face light up, class was due to start at 11am and I was on my way there, then at 10:45 Danielle text AGAIN to cancel the class. I was so upset and expressed this to Danielle, but got no reply from her. I had to turn around and drive back home.
So I had paid £32 for 4 classes and so far not managed to attend a single one.
I have decided not to go to the final 4th class as I’m highly disappointed in the service provided. Danielle is letting both exhausted parents and little babies down too often. Back up should always be in place for things like this and cancelling a class 15mins before it’s due to start because of a music issue is not good enough and a very poor way of running a business. I am now going else where and would not recommend Danielle. Let’s see if I manage to get a refund for the 2 classes she cancelled!!

Rachel is lovely my baby really enjoyed weekly dress up and sing a longs children do something new every week great for meeting other parent Rachel is fabulous at what and she is so friendly. I would of continued if i was not returning back to work.

An amazing class! I struggle with groups but felt so welcome and my little girl has developed too! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Bloom classes are wonderful. Each week there is a different theme to keep it fresh whilst keeping some elements the same so children build a familiarity with the way classes run. The classes are a beautiful nurturing place for both mum and baby. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I honestly cannot thank the ladies at Bloom enough for their amazing baby development classes.
Myself and my baby boy started when he was around 8 weeks old. I was so nervous about starting to attend a class by myself, I had no idea what to expect but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. We started in caterpillar club at Heaton Moor and loved it from the moment we stepped through the door. Victoria and Sarah were so warm and welcoming, and the other mums are so friendly.
The classes are fantastic and you can tell how much work and effort goes into making them so great. Watching my baby progress so quickly was amazing, after only a few weeks he was so confident on his tummy and holding his head. We also love singing all of the songs, they are so addictive and straight away we were looking forward to going to classes each week.
My little boy then progressed through to busy bees and again watching him recognise songs and join in with shaking pom poms etc is fantastic. Plus the different theme each week is brilliant, my phone is constantly full of cute and silly photos of him dressed up and his grandparents all look forward to the weekly updates!
Bloom is a class for everyone, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have taken my son To these classes in high lane since he was 12 weeks old. My first week I was greeted by Victoria and the week after Sarah, they make the classes so comfortable and enjoyable for both you and your baby. being a young mum I was absolutely terrified to go to any baby classes when I finally put my foot down and attended bloom, it was the best decision I have ever made. Victoria, Sarah and he bloom team make sure they get to know both mum and baby by going round at the beginning, during and at the end of classes talking to mums, making sure they are getting the best experience. The classes are absolutely amazing, the music is so catchy both me and my baby love it! There are different themes each week so both you and baby can dress up and take memorable pictures, You can tell that they have put so much work into researching your baby’s development and boy does it show I have seen my baby’s development come on so much since we’ve started. I can’t recommend these classes enough to anyone! Thank you bloom

I don’t know where that woman got a one star rating from she obviously has never been to a class as the manager doesn’t run classes!! Bloom baby classes are amazing!! I had post natal depression and anxiety when I had my little one and the ladies at Bloom couldn’t have been more amazing. They were friendly and welcoming and made me feel totally at ease. I firmly believe these classes helped me overcome my issues. As for my daughter’s development, she has become so confident and clever since doing these classes and she absolutely loves every session. In my opinion Bloom baby classes are the best around!! The props are beautiful and so colourful and the activities are fantastic, smiles from start to finish from mums and babies. I cannot fault them.

My daughter has been going to Bloom since she was 5 months and absolutely loves it! I wish we'd started sooner. Its not just a fun 45 minutes there's so much for her to do and I can see the positive effect it's had on her, she's learnt new skills and grown massively in confidence while loving every second of it!
The ladies who run it are absolutely lovely and can't do enough to help, you're welcomed into every class even if you're running late. The manager now works from home which is sad because she made such a lovely class leader. I was a really anxious mum and Panicked whenever my baby cried or fussed during class but she was always brilliantly patient and reassuring. I'll be so sad when she's too old for us to go!

The manager at Bloom Wellbeing was very rude and dismissive of my concerns.
When i took my little DD along i was expecting a relaxed atmosphere however it was chaotic and stressful and badly run resulting in my little one becoming upset and when she was upset the manager shouted at her,shes 6 months old :(
Please dont waste money using Bloom Wellbeing and go for a more professional outfit.
The class is apparently run by mums,i couldn't see any evidence of that in what was a very poorly run business with no tolerance for babies.
