Bloomerang CRM Reviews 

We changed from Blackbaud's eTapestry to Bloomerang a year ago and it was a great decision! They are very responsive when we have questions or problems and it is very user friendly. They are adding new features often and it is pretty flexible as far as getting information I need. We've had a couple of bumps integrating with our website on occasion - the grey area between our website provider and Bloomerang means there's a bit of a no-man's land but we've been able to get things working! Overall we are very happy and would choose Bloomerang again!

Bloomerang has great customer support. Every time I call, they are responsive, super helpful and nice!

We have loved the tools in Bloomerang to run detailed, customized reports and to track interactions with our donors! It has definitely helped us be more timely with our donor acknowledgements, and it has streamlined our donation entry process. We are also able to run powerful analytics on all the data in our system, giving better reports to our board, finding key donors to cultivate, and helping us grow!

Bloomerang works great for a small non-profit. We needed a good donor database management system without a large budget. Bloomerang provides a quality product at a reasonable cost.

Bloomerang really streamlined our processes. Before, we had tons of double- (and triple-) entry and now we have hugely reduced our time spent on recording donations while at the same time improving our turnaround time on thank yous and followups. The reporting tools are super easy to use and have helped us track virtual event details we didn't even know could be tracked. I can't recommend it enough!

I've been using Bloomerang for the past 2+years to manage our donor database and I continue to be pleased with everything about it. Your customer service and tech support is fast, helpful and easy to follow. The new features that are being introduced are great and the Bloomerang academy classes are also super helpful. Two thumbs up!

I had difficulty setting up a filter for acknowledgement letters. I sent my question and very quickly received detailed instructions about how to set up the filter. This makes it much less threatening to try to use the functions available on Bloomerang because I don't have to become an "expert," I have experts to consult.

Bloomerang is improving very good, but there are still discrepancies, like bad email address, what is not a bad email address.

Also reports of the gift total it is not excluding payments.

Hope to see this in the future.

Bloomerang is user-friendly, provides helpful tracking and reporting tools, and has great customer service. For a small development shop, it is a great tool that fits our needs and keeps us learning more and serving our clients/donors in better ways.

We have been working with Bloomerang for over four years. Their program is easy to use, they provide outstanding support and educational instruction in the various facets of Bloomerang. Their pricing is very reasonable. I cannot recommend Bloomerang too highly, especially for Not For Profit donor tracking.

Love Bloomerang--I've used other CRMs and this is by far the cleanest and most user friendly I've used. I also appreciate all the webinars and resources.

Bloomerang has been very helpful assisting me with various projects concerning volunteers and constituents for this non profit organization ( A Second Wish By Demetrius) such as mass emails, updates of personal information for volunteers and constituents, or creating flyers about up coming events.The staff is always very helpful and pleasant to speak with whenever I call.

Before choosing Bloomerang, we spoke with a half dozen CRM companies. We needed something to help us manage our constituent database, volunteer timesheets, and events. No other company even came close! The user interface/experience are incredibly intuitive, and the customer service is out of this world -- two features that are critical in a smallish fundraising shop like ours. Bloomerang just GETS IT!
