Total Embarrassment!
I bought a bouquet to say a huge thank you to my daughter. I was so disappointed when she called to thank me. The flowers were in the 6% that don’t arrive promptly but when she sent me pictures of them, I was disgusted! Droopy is an understatement. I am so embarrassed to admit to having sent them. Do Bloom and Wild really think that flowers can last in a cardboard box from Sunday through to Wednesday! I have emailed them but am still waiting for a response.
First time I have used them but I think this may be the last!

First class flowers and brilliant service/
The company went out of their way to ensure the fastest possible delivery and communication was excellent. Their letterbox flowers are always brilliant and the "Hug" biscuit a real novelty and so appropriate for my friend who is very sick. I have used B&W many times and will continue to do so.

Flowers were delivered to schedule and survived being transported on an extremely hot day during a heatwave and not being opened for several hours after delivery sitting on a doormat. Rested overnight they were beautiful next day and are lasting well.

Lovely flowers and service!
I have ordered letterbox flowers many times from Bloom & Wild over the last 5 or 6 years. The friends and family I’ve sent them to have been very complimentary. They arrive in bud with flower food and last a long time. There is a great choice on line, including other gifts, and the online ordering system is easy to use. I have used another letterbox flower company but prefer B&W.
