A total rip-off and scam. THINK TWICE

A total rip-off and scam. THINK TWICE.
After a very smooth sales pitch, recording of preferences/requirement and promises of suitably matched potential partners, I joined Bloom and Cadogan and paid £10k for the top level service for a year.
None of the ‘introductions’ were suitable or thoughtfully matched over the period of my membership. The majority were totally different from my preferences in terms of age, interests, background, build, career stage, wishes for the future etc. Most weren’t even members of Bloom and Cadogan and had only expressed an interest previously without joining. Profiles were exaggerated at best and fabricated at worst and at least half weren’t available to meet as they were in the middle of life events or abroad.
The agency does not keep to their ‘on hold’ promise with the full service. There’s a clause deep in the contract that states a cut off after a certain period, which is not fully explained prior to payment.
All in all a complete waste of time and money. It’s clear that this firm has very few actual members and is exploiting busy (and I’d imagine, vulnerable) people.
