My BlockFi account has been pending for a month. This has been ongoing without acknowledgement from BlockFi or any response to my emails. I am worried BlockFi is a scam for harvesting personal data for identity fraud, as all they have done is taken my personal data and not responded to me.

Been using BlockFi to earn interest on my LTC holdings for the past two weeks and it has performed as promised.

In regular banks do you get almost 0% interest, Blockfi really change this, there is no reason to not make an savings account (interest account) you can use later for your vacation or whatever you like

The only thing they could be a little bit more clear about, are when they expect their card to be available for european citizens to order or get

Being in the crypto space for 5 years now I have had my share of unfortunate experiences with multiple different crypto platforms. I have opened and closed multiple loans through Blockfi and so far have ZERO complaints in their performance or customer service. A shout out to Adam in client support, he has been exemplary in his position as Blockfi Client Support. Keep up the great work Adam and Blockfi.

So far so good with BlockFi. Wish you have more cryptos though.

So far it's fine though the funds took a long time to transfer from my checking account to BlockFi (around 10 days).

Pretty great service thus far although the wire transfer sent a week ago hasn’t arrived yet and my bank can’t do anything about it as they say it’s on the senders end to check. Have the fed wire number but can’t do anything with it. Hoping the delay is because of holiday weekend. Time will tell. I had initially intended this to be a usdc loan to buy crypto but in the loan application it only asked for bank info and there was no place to request Usdc loan. If I could suggest that option when you fill out application I think that would be helpful Gonzalo has been great but can’t help with the financing part of things.

So revolutionary in fact that it's difficult to get friends and family, who have been conditioned by decades of traditional banking, to comprehend that they have a right to earn a fair return on deposits that their banks are rehypothecating. Which, due to Covid related lowering of fractional reserve requirements to 0%, means your bank is using ALL of your money to invest in high yield bearing instruments, giving you an insulting 0.1% APY cut of their gains and convincing you it's a privilege to not be charged fees to hold your money in their institution's "free" banking services.

Thank you for bringing Finance 2.0 to the masses.

The app is easy to understand and use. The flexible interest option is a unique and very useful feature.

BlockFi has been very helpful thus far when I put in requests

Love receiving interest on my crypto. Their app interface is great. I’d give them another star if they reduced the time it takes for deposited money to be available for trades. Five business days is excessive. If your portfolio is enough collateral then it should be instantaneous. Also there needs to be a Limit Buy option. I would have a lot more cash sitting there if it could be setup to catch the dips at 2am.
