Amazing costumer service, best i ever had, my glasses broke in the first day of wearing, and they not only send me a new pair fully free of charge, i even got to change the model to another one. I have never seen this before when ordering online. Furthermore all of this happened in the span of 2 days, so lightning fast costumer service. No bad thing to say, highly recommend, and would buy again from BlockBlueLight !

This company is second to none where customer service is concerned. I first bought two of the small therapy panels for myself and a friend and we have both had significant improvement in back and knee pain. I then decided to investigate the spectacles for a family member who was experiencing a lot of eye discomfort and got in touch with the company for some advice. Their response was prompt and advice very helpful. The night time glasses will be arriving for her tomorrow and I am hoping she will experience the relief that the daytime ones have afforded me; I am a daytime screen user and she would spend a lot of time on an iPad at night. Great company to do business with.

Ordered on 28 february, not received. For now, i need to leave 3 stars, i will update this review once received, if the product really needs 30-50 days delivery. Btw nice customer support, answering fast by mail.

UPDATE : After 1 month of use, very high quality glasses. Blocks 98% of blue light. I recommend 100%

I love my blue light blocking glasses. I’ve been wearing orange glasses for over 10 years now from various vendors, but these are more stylish and comfortable than the others I have worn. I used to have a lot of difficulty sleeping, but I’ve been a great sleeper since I started wearing blue light blocking glasses!

We bought a single downlight for our kitchen a while back. It made such a huge difference. Bought a few other portable products since and now we’ve committed to another four downlights. Highly recommend these. Massive return on investment.

I use one product by BlockBlueLight and that’s the earplugs. I’ve ordered extra pairs for my travel bags and also for my vacation home. I have tried so many earplugs by various manufacturers and this is the best product. Stays in place and lasts for at least 12 months before I need to replay the caps. I use for sleeping. I really rely on them so that I don’t get disturbed and awoken. Also if I do wake to early grey help me get back to sleep. I’m averaging 8 hours since I use them.

Customer service team are exceptional. Had an issue with the red light (these things happen) and they resolved it without question. In fact went the extra mile! So impressed.

I use these amazing products - so reading lights for my children . my latest buy is the bulbs for a clinical room with strip lighting ! so we will see if makes a difference, but i know it will
Great product

I have ordered several products from BlockBlueLight and I am pleased with them all.
The main product that I use is the Twilight Motion Red Night Light. I have several of these around the house which are activated once it goes dark and we move around the house. The red light doesn't wake you up too much. I place these in various places and they activate and go out again whilst you are within their range. They are slim enough to stand on the architrave above a door and throw enough light to see by for most evening tasks - bathroom visits, teeth-cleaning etc.. I sometimes carry one around with me like the lady and the lamp!
I don't have mine fixed as, if we go away, we take them with us. They are very lightweight and easily pack in a bag or case for use when visiting or on holiday.
Similarly, the red book light is perfect for reading or other tasks in bed when you don't want to disturb your sleep and clips onto the corner of the bedhead, pillow etc..
I also have the red torch for spotting hedgehogs in the garden and other products which I will review when I have used them for longer.
The company is responsive and has a family business feel in communications

I have ordered from Block Blue Light many times. Always a great product & service.

Original review: BEWARE if you buy on sale. You will not automatically be eligible for a refund. While I'm keeping the light bulb I ordered, I want to return the glasses that are monstrously large on my face and nose. But I can only do it for store credit, because I bought during Sleep Week. Fortunately, I'm not totally mad about the bulbs so perhaps I'll pick up another for another room. But I'd really just like my money back.

Decent product but I don't like that there is no phone number. I only discovered this when I had an issue. Luckily it was resolved using AI. I bought for a really important personal reason, so was really upset when I saw there was no one to call for support.

I purchased the Ultimate Sleeping Ear Plugs based on the product's claim of up to 27 dB noise reduction.

For context, I use Bose QC Ultra earbuds during the day for noise cancelling. They aren't comfortable for sleep so I thought I'd try this brand.

The listing describes "exceptional noise reduction" and "maximum noise reduction" as core selling points.

I tried all four sizes - XS, S, M, L - and achieved zero to limited perceptible noise reduction with any of them.

I did, however, find the customer service department to be timely, responsive, and professional. I'm very happy with my BlockBlueLight glasses.

Takeaways:

Five stars for the glasses that go over your existing prescription glasses.

Three stars for the earbuds. If you're not sensitive to background noise, you'll probably be find. These dull it but don't eliminate it.

I have the glasses and the night light! Just ordered one of the bedside lights too! These have all made a huge improvement in might sleep hygiene. I love this company for offering such great products. There are a few more things I would like to get! :)

I am attempting to reset my circadian rhythm, to regain my health. I have several full spectrum bulbs, which make the evening light nice and calming. I like that you can switch from daylight to evening using the same bulb. I also use the sundown glasses in the evening, if I'm using a screen or am in a room without the full spectrum bulbs. I do feel like my sleep has improved with using these

The BlockBlueLight panel we received had shipping damage and a scuff mark, voiding return eligibility under the company's policy requiring "undamaged" packaging. The product lacked a remote battery, had no functional Android app despite manual claims, featured inaccurate instructions, and a small fiddley touchscreen. Following instructions led to increased pain for my partner, while customer service used gaslighting and passive-aggressive tactics to delay the strict 30-day return process. In the end the company wore us out and we had to give up.

Always lovely to deal with! Quality of products and price point makes me keep wanting to come back.

I love these lights. I am an electrician and these are the bulbs I buy for my own home, they make such a difference to the evening being able to use the very warm Kelvin range and then in the day being able to use a daylight style with the same bulb. I have yet to find anywhere else that produces such a warm light that makes the evenings so relaxing
