Love the products - two especially are my faves - the reading light is the best I have used. Not only because I know it has blue light blocked so I can read at night but it is the most sensibly designed too.
The other is the “bedside” light - we both have one and wouldn’t use any other now. Again, comfortable in the fact of no-blue for evening/night use - but as it’s rechargeable and lightweight - I can take it anywhere.
Just waiting for rechargeable LE strip lights now to light up my yurt!
Oh - and super quick service too!

I first came across Block Blue Light while researching blue light glasses. What stood out to me was that the company is reputable, science-backed, and supports its products with peer-reviewed research. That gave me the confidence to place my first order, and I'm so glad I did.

From the moment I ordered, the customer service was exceptional. The welcome email, prompt communication, and updates from dispatch through to delivery were all seamless and professional.

The glasses have exceeded my expectations. I receive compliments on them all the time from friends, family, students, and colleagues, which gives me the opportunity to share the many benefits of wearing blue light blocking glasses.

Since then, I've also invested in the book light, the red light sensor, and two red light torches. Every product has been excellent quality, and I genuinely couldn't imagine being without them now.

I am in the u k and they are in new zealand I cannot get telephone support and they supplied the wrong stand to go with the very expensive red light panel that I bought from them. When buying such a high price item, I expect much better service. . I cannot comment whether the machine actually works because I have been weeks trying to work out how to assemble.Looking on youtube, trying to find a video that would explain everything

They have been fair and honest and reliable. Companies like Ra optics are high price, 250 for a pair
but I would say this company is number 2 in value for money. 80 bucks per pair and they get the job done beyond expectations

Initial issue with delivery but big shout out to Brooke for her persistence in helping overcome this problem. Red Light panel from Block Blue are great and sits above the local competition in terms of build quality and ability to customize your session for different treatments. Red light panel has been used daily since being delivered and overall very happy with the service and the product despite the initial delay. Will buy again in the future.

I have purchased 4 products and recommended many more to my friends and family. We use it everyday and have done for a couple of years and I am in the best health of my life. I've been using red -light therapy powerpanel -tabletop for over a week ,and the results are great. My years-long back pain has been greatly reduced, and my wrist discomfort has also lessened. I use it for 10 minutes every day, and the results are better than I expected. I recommend it!

I ordered the Twilight Deluxe Plugin Red Night Lights. I use the motion-activated setting and these lights provide the perfect amount of light. I use one in my kitchen and another in the hallway. I just love these lights and highly recommend.

I have ordered previously, many e12 bulbs. This time I ordered the full spectrum e12 bulbs. Well, although they are the same exact photo as the red light e12 bulbs and the sweet dream e12 bulbs on your website, the bulb I received is a huge regular size e26 bulb with a tiny-by-comparison e12 bulb base. Being that e12 bulbs are typically for candelabra lighting or small lamps, this one is far oversized. I emailed customer service as it does not fit in my e12 lamps as my previous purchases have. The customer service rep has been nothing but combative in not seeing what I’m stating regardless of how many photos I send showing an entirely different bulb received than what is pictured on the website. Anyways, trying to get a return processed and still haven’t heard back even though I purchased the delivery/return insurance- was that a waste of my money? Terrible experience overall, I would have continued as a customer because bulb mishap isn’t a big deal, need to return them simply as they weren’t what I expected (hence wrong images on website), but the customer service is horrible and it seems the lady handling it isn’t even reading what I’m stating or looking at the photos as she continues to regurgitate her specs comment that is unrelated to what I was trying to explain.

The purchased Red light panel Max for nearly £700, so not cheap! It arrived in seemingly good condition, no visible exterior damage, but it simply doesn't work - wouldn't even switch on. I've tried plugging it into multiple sockets to no avail! I have some cheap electrical items for less than 30 quid (hair dryers and irons) that work even 10 years after consistent use. This is a brand new product straight out of a package from a company that boasts "premium wellness experience" and "powerful and advanced devices". Clearly not as advanced as a simple hairdryer... To make things worse, they take 3 days to respond, refer you to a site form to start an exchange/refund process. And when I diligently followed the right steps, filled out the form and asked for an exchange in good faith, their site tells me I have to pay over £200 extra for the same product just to get it exchanged for a properly functioning item! REALLY??? This is robbery and dishonest practice. I can only hope their service is a little better and they will actually respond for my email and try to make things right without resorting to humanless online forms charging MORE for the "privilege" of exchanging their faulty product.

The customer support which I received was excellent; all questions which I asked were answered promptly and with detail.
The reasons which prompted me to make a purchase were:
*The inexpensive cost of delivery.
*The fair price for the products & the good discount was a bonus.
*The high life expectancy of the bulbs.
The products were exactly what I wanted:
Sweet Dreams: Zero blue light for general night lighting.
Twilight: Zero blue & green light for the bedroom & bathroom so that melatonin production would not be interupted during preparation for bed & also for many toilet visits during sleeping.
Twilight Torch: So that my wife & I could navigate our way to the toilet at night.
The ordering process was straight forward.

Attention to customer needs. Their red light panels are some of the strongest dual chip LED panels in the industry. Do your homework. Compare real-world data on the huge selection of LED panels out there. For real-world results and output power that is verified through 3rd party testing, Block Blue Light is considered one of the best and strongest. They use the wavelengths that have been proven through research... not just the (more colors the better) marketing hype.

Quality product. Much better than the silk ones I’ve used in the past.

I love supporting small business and in particular small Australian businesses such as BlockBlueLight. I was in need of a new book light and chose to purchase one from BlockBlueLight and it is a game changer. It is easy to use, has 3 levels of light and a really strong clip. Not only that, I use it if I have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The light does not disturb my husband and when I get back to bed I go right back to sleep. The level of service is excellent with quick postage. I was so impressed with my book light that I purchased blue light blocking globes for our bedside lamps in both bedrooms. No more harsh light before bed helps our sleep. I have an eye issue that is effected by blue light from my devices (phone, PC and tablet) so I have just ordered clip-on glasses that block blue light from devices. I highly recommend this company who really care about their product and customer.

Overall the products and customer service seem pretty good. My partner first purchased one pair of the screentime glasses 2 years ago which are awesome quality, we were instantly impressed by them- 5 stars. I had gotten a pair elsewhere that were around the same price and awful. So i knew i wanted to try a pair from here as well!

So most recently we got 2 biolights which i havent tested yet, and 2 pairs of orange night glasses. One pair of the night glasses had a manufacturer defect and is crooked, making them uncomfortable to use. The other pair is great - comfortable and relaxing -but they fall off my face when I look down, and my head is on the larger end of normal. They also seem weirdly expensive for being acrylic frames.

There was a bit of annoying back and forth with customer service, but we should be getting a replacement soon for the defective pair. So all in all i'm pretty happy with BlockBlueLight. If the biolights turn out to be good i imagine we will be purchasing more for the rest of the home!
