Information provided by various external sources

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher founded on February 8, 1991 under the name Silicon & Synapse by three graduates of UCLA, Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Based in Irvine, California, the company originally concentrated primarily on the creation of game ports for other studios before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with the development of games like Rock N' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings. In 1994 the company became Blizzard Entertainment Inc before being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates and later by Vivendi. Shortly thereafter, Blizzard shipped their breakthrough hit Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Blizzard went on to create several successful PC games, including the Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo series, and the MMORPG World of Warcraft. On July 9, 2008, Activision officially merged with Vivendi Games, culminating in the inclusion of the Blizzard brand name in the title of the resulting holding company, though Blizzard Entertainment remains a separate entity with independent management.[3] Blizzard Entertainment offers events to meet players and to announce games: the BlizzCon in California, United States, and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries, such as Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. Got penalized for no reason and just told im SOL

So they made a mistake and penalized the wrong account and think its ok? What a sorry excuse of a company. Can't own up to mistakes when making them. Proof was sent with photos and even video and still made the mistake and suspended the wrong account. I feel bad for you all at Blizzard or Activision. No wonder those stories about this company were true. Filled with rapist and sex abusers. Care about nothing but making an extra buck and stealing from your long lasting customers. Sorry for you guys being lazy at your job and not doing it correctly. Blizzard allows people to leak ips, vulgar chat, hack, bot and harass people but when someone tells people in competitive game modes in wow on what to do and help out the team to win. they get punished. Sorry company. this is just my feedback on the worst gaming company ever. They used to be good with customer support and now do nothing. No wonder the numbers of subs are dropping like flies. When i report someone, nothing happens. But i get reported for saying people suck. Didnt know this company was a bunch of liberals and get their feelings hurts for the lowest of any type of criticism. Guess all blizzard cares about is stealing money and sexually harassing their employees as so.

Overwatch 2 report system is a fraud

The report system of overwatch 2 is a fraud. If people lose they report you if you didn't do so well. If you tell to someone toxic to stop acting like that and be respectful, they report you. Eventually this led to silence and 2 weeks ban.

This results me in not buying any battles passes, no skins, cause if your account get so easily suspended, i won't invest in it.

I got banned for no reason

I got banned for no reason. The email stated that my "fellow players" have reported me. But not for what reason or message or something. After i reached out to Blizzard i received a automated response. I had no beef or anything with anyone.

Its ridiculous that you can get banned without proper review from a person. What do millions of people pay every month for? Instead of releasing 90$ mounts try to fix your ridiculous reporting system. Where did all the GM´s go?

Played the game for hundreds of hours…

Played the game for hundreds of hours in world of warcraft season of discovery, rank 13 and almost rankt 14 and then when i try to login i get

"Banned for 6 months for illegal bot or third party program"

I dont use any such software.

So they are basicly deleting my character cause in 6 months season of discovery will be over.

People buy gold and help ruins the economy ingame and get 14 days and I get 6 months?

I will never again ever buy a blizzard game or subscribe to any of your games.

I deleted my blizzard games and ended my diablo 4 subscription etc.

F you all

Blizzard has been the worst company ever

Blizzard has been the worst video games company since 2008, when it bought Activision. Today, we're a long, long way from the Blizzard that created the masterpieces Diablo 2, World of Warcraft Vanilla and tbc. Even their customer services have become disgusting, they're just bots, you wait 1 week for a request to be answered by a bot. The bugs are obvious and are not corrected, given that they have our money, there is no urgency to repair the content, but on the other hand it develops skins armor on Diablo 4 for example.

In short, run away from this company! Don't buy their games, boycott them, they don't deserve your money or your time, let alone your trust!

Blizzard is definitely rubbish! It's over!

Don't support Blizzard, they won't support you

End the Diablo 3 season without notice, customer service won't do their job to help people get back lost efforts. They don't have the nuts to put out an apology or even address the situation. This company has turned into such a joke compared to what it was.

Junk fees on merch

FYI, Blizzard gear sucks! You're a GAMING company that sells shirts that run small, which is ridiculous. All of my t-shirts fit great in XL, so this is a Blizzard problem. I'm forced to pay $2 for unnecessary insurance on top of a $7 shipping fee, when buying a shirt. My only option to exchange the shirt is an $8 charge to return it, then I can repurchase the same item shirt in a different size with the same junk fees. Blizzard should be ashamed.

I once played Overwatch

I once played Overwatch, Wow and Wc3 frequent, but due to their fails and conduct concerning in Wc3 reforged, Overwatch 2 and the Wow classic privat server shut down i became disillusioned from the company and its company ethics. I advise out of my personal experience anyone not to invest money or time in their games.

Disgustingly Bad Customer Service

They deleted half of my 20 year old inventory in World of Warcraft by accident, and then banned my account when I asked for a restoration.
They then threatened me with further action if I continue to ask about why they destroyed half my account.
They also refused to give me any refunds older than 14 days.
Their customer service might be the worst I have ever experienced from any company.

Just a money grab

They asked for utility bill, residence permit, or phone bill just to use two factory authentication. GDPR rules out of the window. Just the worst company ever with the worst customer service.
