Ordered replacement slats for vertical blind. 1 Slat had a flaw in fabric not a major problem. Raised the issue with seller replaced the slat straight away. All delivered in good time well packaged. Definitely use again

I absolutely love my shutters so easy to install, delivery very quick highly recommend this company.

If your order arrives correct then you will be fine. If there is an issue with your order then you will have real problems with this company! Ordered x2 vertical blinds that was different lengths. X2 blinds arrived the same length. Both were incorrect measurements but luckily one just fitted. Contacted via email and the replays are sparse to say the least. Contacted by phone and promised a call back Monday and it’s now Friday and no contact. 3 weeks later still no refund or replacement blind. I can only recommend you avoid this company as I have no option but to escalate this outside this company now.

Another empty reply. Been waiting 8 days for a promised call back that never happens for the refund. Now been trying your phone for 20mins and no answer.

BlindsbyPost were quick to answer my query about blind samples and the plastic fitting on the louvre/slat. Samples/fitting sent on on the day it was requested. Order placed, and replacement slats was here within 8 days of order date. Delighted with Dalhia White. The new blinds have modernised my room, making it so much brighter. Slats very good quality, as was the weights and chains. I would highly recommend this company.

Well made custom blind which was delivered very quickly. The "no-drill" blind was easy to install, in fact it was already up within 5 minutes of receiving the delivery. I'll be ordering more blinds from here for my other windows/doors.

The Roman blind itself is very well made and the quality of the workmanship is good.

However, I was a little disappointed when it arrived as the fabric wasn’t quite what I had expected from the images on the website. The lines in the material are noticeably wider than they appear online, and the colour was also slightly different from what I had anticipated.

Unfortunately, one of the brackets was also missing. I emailed the company on the day the blind arrived to let them know, but I still haven’t received a response, which is disappointing.

I had actually been hoping to order more blinds, but the lack of communication over something as simple as a missing fitting has made me hesitant to do so.

It’s a shame, because the blind itself is very well made, but the overall experience hasn’t quite matched the quality of the product.

Great, and extremely reasonable price. Fitted perfectly and despatched/delivered when said.

I purchased 16 perfect fit blinds from them, and received delivery around 5 weeks ago.

14 of these were fine, fitted they work well. The blinds are great and in this hot weather have made a massive difference to the room (Conservatory).

However, 2 of the blind came without small plastic clips to connect to the rails that stick onto the windows. After contacting customer support they were very help and arranged for the missing parts to be sent out. Upon receiving a parcel I thought that I would finally get the last 2 put up. Only 1 set of parts came for 1 blind, not the 2 that I was missing.

Skip forward to 5 weeks later and im still unable to use one of the blinds. I think there has been 3 deliveries of parts, all without the small plastic clips that I need. Infact 1 of the parcel came with only 2 clips, not the 4 required to use the blinds.

I find it baffling that a simple issue can not be resolved, and checking back there are 30 emails back and forth to customer support.

As I write this, its been 11 days since ive received communication after I have sent 3 emails to explain there are still 2 missing clips that I require.

For the most part the blinds are great, and customer service started off very prompt and helpful. But I struggle to provide a postive review on a product that I cant use fully!

Delivery on time, quality as expected.
