It was very easy to order especially when I wanted 2 new blinds with tracks and a 3rd blind wirh just slats to match the others. Delivery was quick and all items were very well packaged.

Quick delivery..good quality blinds for the price..well packed..good communication. There was a problem with one main item missing..It was resolved with a phone call..Although ive had no communication from the company in regard to a delivery date..only received a message from royal mail. No apologies for the items not included in the delivery Box.

We had an issue with the delivery status of our blind however when I queried it with Abigail she was quick to find out what was happening and keep me informed and it arrived on the original due date. She also followed up after delivery to check that everything was ok with my order. Very happy with the quality and fit of our double roller blind.

Never been so stressed about something so little in my life. Ordered a blind for a small window and it came with a truckload of problems. Overall length was about 2cm short even though the company claims they aim to manufacture to within 50mm of required length. Wand mechanism was also not working and the wand itself was longer than the window opening. Went back and forth with the customer care for like an eternity and supplied photo evidence, all to no avail. They still claim the blind was manufactured correctly even though light was obviously streaming in from under it. They even supplied a replacement wand but guess what, it was the same length as the first one! How complicated is it to make blinds for a 40.5 x 82cm window?

Absolutely brilliant service. I was a bit nervous ordering online, but I hadn’t needed to be at all! Lovely quality. Easy to use website, perfect service & perfect fit. I ordered replacement/fresh slats for my vertical blinds & they have really vamped my living room up, without the huge cost layout. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again if needed. Thank you.
