just ordered vertical blinds from this company ,and very happy with the process from start to finish saved myself some money here by replacing slats weights etc on the fittings i had wish i had done it sooner will shop with them again

I placed an order for new slats for 4 large windows on Sunday evening and they were delivered before 10am on Thursday. The new slats look wonderful and the quality is superb. Not often you find companies who deliver beyond their service promise but this is definitely one who does. Highly recommend them if you are replacing your blind slats or you nned complete new ones.

I ordered replacement slats for a large front window, after having been supplied with a number of samples from which to select.
I was very happy with the prompt delivery, excellent product and customer service.
Would definitely recommend and will use this company again.

Decided to replace my tired looking kitchen vertical blinds with new slats which I ordered from Abbey Blinds. (Having priced other companies, they were also the cheapest). They were very quick in sending samples and when I ordered online my new slats were here within a week. Just as ordered/expected and very good service throughout. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Brilliant and fast service from Abbey blinds, my old blinds were looking tired and dirty so decided to replace all my slats.Wow what a difference it has made to my lounge and conservatory.Have already recommended to friends and family.Good luck to Abbey Blinds in these unprecedented times and we will definately use this company again.

Ordered Intu blinds for our new orangery and through no fault of Abbey blinds we encountered several issues. Judy at Abbey blinds gave excellent customer service and came up with a solution which left us very satisfied. Would not hesitate to get more curtains or blinds from Abbey but a word of warning is do not buy Intu blinds as their customer service is diabolical!

Fantastic blinds and arrived within the time they advised they would. All hangers and weights in the box (one weight short but they're sending it me out) ready for blinds to go up. Fantastic job guys well done! I love them! :) would recommend to anyone needing verticals

Superb service and quality. Ordered made to measure blinds for self-fit and they arrived in a week, fitted perfectly. Really pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Superb!

I placed an order with Blindsbyabbey following recomendation, to the value of £162.38. Whilst I was happy with the price, I brought to their attention that I had searched the internet for a voucher code as their web order form had a box for a "promo" code. I found a voucher code on line and used it on the order, however, it did not work. I left the order as it was, but brought this issue to the attention of Blindsbyabbey. They responded saying that there were companies out there issuing propmo codes to show that their sites led customers to the company web site.
I offered Blindsbyabbey the advice that if there was not a current promotion on, that they should remove the promo box from the order form, which would eliminate it being misleading.
I received a reply that they had taken my advice and removed the promo code box from the form. Then, to my amazement, without asking me, they informed me that they had cancelled my order and given me a refund!! Even though I had not said in any of my correspondence to them that I was not happy with the price I had paid! Obviously they are a company who cannot take constructive criticism, and don't value online custom 100%? So much for their presumptuous, customer service? Thankfully, I have been able to purchase the blinds i need from a different supplier, and slightly cheaper!
The other aspect of this is though that you should not believe all the promotion offers out there. I was misled by thinking I had found a promotion by the company I was dealing with, only to find it was a scam!

Fast and professional service we are extremely pleased with the blinds fitted and the quality is second to none. The whole process from quote to install was easy , with communication throughout and appointment times stuck to as promised, I will be recommending to my family and friends

Abbey fitted blinds to our four bedrooms, kitchen & utility 2 years ago. Excellent quality blinds, lovely friendly staff & brilliant service. A year after installation our daughter visited & managed to completely unravel her bedroom blind. A quick phone call to Abbey, a couple of days later a fitter arrived, removed the blind took it back to their workshops & returned the next day to re fit. Brilliant.
Guess what - No charge, brilliant service!!
Just had another bedroom fitted with blackout blinds, once again lovely blinds, quick service & brilliant prices.
Highly recommended.
