Ordered an LP online, delivery was a while but completely understandable with the Covid situation. Although very well packaged it did arrive damaged meaning the cover and inner sleeve was bent up. Probably down to the longer time at PO dept.
Bleep were great and have fully resolved the issue, quickly without fuss. Thank you. Second package arrived quickly and in perfect condition, think I was just a bit unlucky with the first item. Will defiantly use again.

I purchased a pre-sale vinyl on Dec 7th and the signed pre-sales were meant to be released on the 13th. Firstly, it says pre-sales will be delivered by the release date so I was looking forward to that but knew that under shipping it said 5-28 business days. Great! What a window.
2 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I go to check my order status. Looks like the presale date was moved back another 2 weeks. I contact Bleep to ask why, knowing that the artist didn't move the date back. They respond and say the distributer did. Lie #1, because the artist even re-posted other fans w/ their presale vinyl. I ask Bleep if my vinyl will still be signed by the artist,they say no.They give me the option to request a refund or wait until Jan 10th.
I choose to wait, because whats another two weeks. A few weeks later I reach out again. The company says oh we received 2 delayed packages from the warehouse that are in unsellable conditions. No ETA on when your vinyl will ship.You can still request a refund.
At this point, I'm furious. It'll be almost 2 months since I placed the order after next week. I reach out to the artist directly, and she tells me everything they have said is a LIE. The presale date was never moved back and she has no idea what they're talking about claiming the vinyls were shipped in bad condition. She tells me to cancel and get a refund because they are scamming about and says that her fans/friends/family have already received their presale long ago. F YOU BLEEP!!! Thanks for wasting my time. Had I ordered elsewhere, my vinyl would've been signed and received a month ago :) Now, signed pre-sales are out of stock! Such poor customer service. Hope you see this review Bleep!
Awful customer service!
Unfortunately this company is severely let down by (Ochre) who are working on behalf of Bleep and connected in some way (unsure how it works).
I ordered a vinyl on the Friday which was supposedly out of stock, but I was not updated or made aware of this until I chased (I finally heard back 3 days after the date it was supposed to arrive). I was then given two options: request a refund or wait for them to speak to the distributor to see if they can get anymore in stock; I opted for the refund. I was then emailed with an apology for the mix up and was told the vinyl would be posted the following day, and a dispatch note would be emailed to me.
Tomorrow came and went, guess what? No email nor dispatch note. Since then I've chased and chased but I've heard absolutely nothing and they now seem to be ignoring my emails.
Hopefully I receive my requested refund but who knows at this rate. They're extremely hard to get through to as they operate on emails only, which either get ignored and rarely checked.
This is my first experience buying from these and I feel let down. Avoid if you can.
Bad Customer Service & Attitude.
I bought two copies of the Album Nonlin by Steve Hauschildt along with Download Codes which do not work. I contacted Bleep only to be told by then that if the codes do not work it is nothing to do with them & it is not their problem even although the sold the codes along with the album & basically go away. The whole order from start to finish has been a disaster & I do not know if this is attitude is down to one company employee or whether it is company policy not to care once the product has been sold.Very bad attitude & lack of service overall

After to my previous review, I have had such bad experiences ordering from Bleep which makes my overall experience ordering from them to have made an absolute U-turn.
I have ordered multiple records which were available from their site to both only not turn up, but not getting any information about their unavailability whilst having paid for the orders. No message, no refund, nothing. Only after chasing up and myself and sending support requests I am getting multiple “We believe you were able to complete an order for this item whilst it was out of stock.” canned messages for numerous orders.
What’s worse, this happens also with orders for multiple items where a single or several records were unavailable. The only thing refunded are the out of stock records themselves, meaning that the extra shipping costs that were made for the full order are not refunded, i.e. ordering a box set and a single 12" with the box set not being available results in only getting a refund for the unavailable box set, not its added (significantly higher) shipping costs.

I have ordered a lot of records, tapes, CDs, and merchandise from Bleep over the years. Always quality service!
My only wish would be if I was able to combine my orders and have them for instance sent once a month. There are times when I order a limited released record only to find out the next day and the day after a new limited record has been released. Both for the environment and shipping costs it would be great if these could be combined and shipped once monthly.

I paid for an item only then to be told a week later that has not been shipped because out of stock. I agreed to wait for the distributor to send directly but was never dispatched then when I asked for refund they only refund postage not the item. almost 2 months & still waiting for a refund.
Still the best
I've been buying records from Warp Records for over 20 years now and their service continues to be excellent. Bleep is an easy to use website with a massive selection of quality electronic, dance and independent music. They use top quality packaging so my records always arrive to me in pristine condition. Always have found their email customer support fast and very good too.
Their digital downloads are high quality without DRM, and it's very easy to log in and download any previous purchases with no hassle.
One of the original online music shops and still one of the best!

I've bought music from bleep.com in both digital and physical form. The no-DRM digital files are of high quality and it's easy to (re)download, no stupid extra software to download or long convoluted link clicking. They ship fast and in a well sealed paper box sleeve to protect the vinyl. Once have I had a damaged product from them. Two tracks on the first record of a 3 record album had scratches , and after a short e-mail exchange they sent me a new record of side A/B. No extra charge, and I could keep the damaged record to play with :)
